Absolutely horrible. Dr. Evans was friendly, but he was also creepy and very unhelpful. He said that the only way for me to take care of my recurring ingrown nails is to cut them extremely short and round them. Terrible advice. When I questioned it, since I had been given the opposite advice previously, he said “well are you going to trust them or me?” He spent the whole time calling me beautiful and a good girl. Really strange and uncomfortable. I’d stay as far away from this place as possible.

Dr. Evan’s shouldn’t be practicing medicine let alone on someone’s precious feet. He’s condescending and rude but thinks it’s humor. This was his remedy for my 7 year olds ingrown toenails. It doesn’t take a degree to know rounding out toenails will only create more ingrown toenails. I wouldn’t advise coming here even if Kaiser refers you, wait for in network care this place is a joke.

Office staff was very kind but Dr Evans is a doctor I would never see again or recommend anyone see him. I told him I thought I had an ingrown toenail without even examining it he numbed me and ripped half my toenail out. Didn't clean it before or after. I don't even think he had gloves on during the procedure. Sent me home with minimal instructions. After being in excruciating pain all night I went to urgent care where it was still bleeding they were able to clean it and prescribe me pain medication and rewrap it properly as well as give me more detailed instructions and care. I will never return to this practice

My appointment was at 11am. I showed up at 10:40am and did not get called back until 12:30pm. Doctor walked in at 12:45pm. The doctor seemed nice but was absolutely zero help and told me to look on Amazon for a shoe insert. So I paid my copay and waited for nearly two hours for the doc to say “check on Amazon”…? Zero help at all from a medical professional. I will not return to this office.

Highly recommend! ? I called this office after getting a piece of glass stuck in the bottom of my foot. The front office worked with me and the Dr Shin’s busy schedule to get me in right away. The front office was professional and checked me in on time. I was seated quickly and Dr Shin took excellent care of me. I went to my follow up appointment a week later and once again was seated and checked in on time. Dr Shin was in the room for our visit with just within just a few minutes. I loved this office ! they took good care of me!

This particular office and it's staff need to be avoided at all costs. I was sent here from Kaiser as they were too busy. Next time I will just wait for Kaiser. The large waiting room was packed and not very clean, standing room only. The other patients, were quite vocal and stated that this long wait was typical. I waited over 90 minutes with no explanation from the staff and was never seen. After 90 minutes, I explained to the desk staff that I needed to leave for another appointment. Only then did they usher me into a room an assured me the doctor would be right in. Instead they left me there for another 10 minutes, still no doctor or explanation. Finally I had to leave and the staff still had no idea how much longer the wait would be and were VERY reluctant to refund my copay. Additionally they fetched one of the doctors (a rather disheveled and unkempt individual) who was nothing but rude and dismissive. I consider myself lucky not have been seen by these folks and recommend that you seek good care elsewhere.

I went to see Dr. Evans Because Kaiser was booked and I was in pain so they gave me a 3rd party referral. He did not review any x-rays from Kaiser. I found him to be in a total rush and he also did not listen to my concerns or properly investigate the problem with my foot. I ended up going back to Kaiser paying another 20.00 co-pay. Only to find out a cyst on the nerves in my foot which caused the pain and inhibited my ability to run. The new doctor removed the cyst that day. Currently, I'm pain free and back to running. No thanks to Dr. Evans and the quack advice that stretching and foot inserts would solve the problem; he also said there was no cyst.(smh). Totally ridiculous! It makes me WONDER if they even have proper equipment to treat. Is there a zero star! Maybe one day!

The office manager, Samantha and one other young woman I give 5 stars. However check with your insurance before any surgery. If I had known the rating given after surgery I never would have let him touch me. My foot will never be the same and 6 months after surgery have pain, my toe is a stub and does not bend. I ended up with DVT because when went to him with swollen leg was told just normal healing! There were to many issues to list! Avoid like the plague!!
