I had a great experience at South Redondo! I was greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk and spent barely any time in the waiting room. The hygienists here are all extremely sweet and made me feel well taken care of. The hygienist are all so gentle. Not once did I ever feel discomfort or pain during my cleaning! I continue coming back because I genuinely get the best cleanings at this office. The assistants are always so happy and friendly. You can definitely tell they are hard workers! Dr. Luong and Dr. Greg were both very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I had a lot of questions regarding my treatment and they were extremely patient in explaining everything to me and providing a course of action. They even gave me a tour and showed me their crown milling machine. I love the high tech feel and happy to know that this office used state of the art technology! I will never go anywhere else!

I‘ve started coming here last year and I am very pleased with the staff & services provided. Dr. Luong & her team go above & beyond to explain everything to you and seem to create a very happy & healthy work environment. An energy you can feel as a patient as this general happiness transfers over to you.

Beyond that, they offer you many different pain-free treatment options. I was used to always feel something if work needed to be done, but not here. I‘m definitely guilty of almost falling asleep during my sessions, as it‘s literally that relaxing.

You can always get your appointments setup quickly & efficient and the process itself is smooth (calls, confirmation texts & email). South Redondo Dental Group lives customer obsession. Thank you!

If I had a dollar for every time I used the word "pleasant" in this dental office, it would surprise even me! The staff attentiveness, care and positive energy is as preferred as the location they reside in. Dr. Shvartsman had me in and out of his office in 45 minutes with 4 new fillings! My husband and I have more big "dental projects" ahead of us and I have no doubt that South Redondo Dental Group will be able to help us with strong consideration to our input as well as provide fair out-of-pocket rates.
