The hygienist Bianca is great for cleaning. I dislike this dentist however because it operates like a business. They will always require you to purchase more add-ons for cleaning, turning a free cleaning into a $210 purchase. It’s weird. I would not recommend. I’ll continue to go only because it’s nearby but be aware they’re very predatory.

To add, when I saw Dr. Lopez, she recommended a deep cleaning (extra like $80) and when I refused she said I would need to sign a document stating “I was aware I am denying dental care and that it could lead to worse outcomes” etc - it was a scare tactic. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Lopez. Then, I saw Dr. Bautista. He is nice, but like every dentist here, they will constantly try and sell you something. I wouldn’t recommend him either. Even the hygienists will try and add extra services.

Everyone here is just trying to make an extra buck and I do not believe they have your health in their best interest.

I had my initial visit last week with Dr. Duran and I gotta say I was very impressed and happy with his service and honesty regarding my dental health, mind you I hadn’t been to a dentist in years so I was a little nervous. I’m confident he has me on a trajectory to meet the dental goals he and I have aligned for myself. Today I had a deep cleaning per Dr. Duran’s recommendation with Dr. Shah and she was swift and very informative. This was the second time I experience a deep clean and I was very impressed and happy with my results. It hurt a bit even after numbing but that’s EXPECTED. The front office staff is nothing short of AMAZING , the atmosphere this practice has set in their office is uplifting and energetic, you can feel it as soon as you walk into their doors. My experience with all staff , front office, X-rays, billing, assistant manager was friendly and professional. I look forward to being here and getting my dental health from this dental office. Thank you to you all 🙂

Predatory establishment that operates like a cash cow. They refuse to do just the 2 free general cleanings and always try to add 3-4 extra cleanings. During these cleanings, they always pressure patients into getting the laser treatment, which brings the cost of a free cleaning to well over $100. They also told me my gums were receding but then say this laser is supposed to help and all these 3 to 6 extra cleanings are supposed to help. Last time I checked (a simple google search will do), gums do not grow back once receded. So they make patients do all this extra work just for their gums to be the exact same. Mind you, I also never have tartar buildup too, but they want so badly to put money in their pockets. Stay clear of this establishment. Like a lot of healthcare establishments, they see you as a number, not a patient. They see you as as a December holiday bonus, not an actual human.

Wow! I wish I would have read the reviews before I made an appointment here. Multiple people have shared exactly what I experienced. I went in for a routine check in and the dentist recommended a "deep cleaning." When they quoted me over $1,000 after insurance I said no thank you, I just want a regular cleaning that is 100% covered by my dental plan. The benefits coordinator said we can't do that because of the doctors "diagnosis." This amounts to denial of care. The doctor also wanted me to see a specialist to see if my two root canals have to be redone. Ridiculous! This experience was worse than when I bought a new car. Take your business elsewhere!

Let me start by saying that all the staff and hygienists are very friendly and do a good job, it’s the dentists who are incompetent buffoons. I cannot emphasize this enough that the dentists are completely incompetent and can’t perform basic dental services. To start, I had an implant put in, that popped out while I was eating only 2 days after getting it. I went back in and the dentist Dr. Lopez told me that “she doesn’t like putting on that type of implant and that it didn’t seat right so that’s why it popped off”. She then suggested a different type of implant that she could actually put in, which took another two weeks to get. She did two fillings for me that have hurt for 2 years since she did them. She was never able to adjust the tooth to the proper height, I went in at least 4 times to get it adjusted and they could never get it right.

After requesting to see a different dentist, the head dentist Dr. Bautista evaluated me and attempted to adjust the tooth as well, it’s hurt exponentially worse since he worked on it. He also told me that my fillings weren’t the type of fillings he likes to do and wants to redo them because one of my fillings was coming out. Those were fillings done in his office by Dr Lopez!!! They then tried to charge me full price to redo the fillings they messed up and did wrong to begin with! Dr. Bautista also is way too touchy, nobody needs to be grabbing my bicep that much and touching me constantly in a dental office, especially when you’re trying to scam me. They also tried to charge me for an insanely expensive deep cleaning I didn’t need.

Needless to say I went to a different dentist and they immediately redid the two fillings because they could tell instantly what a bad job they did.

I’ll say, the dentists are very friendly, other than Dr. Bautista being a groper, but in my experience, they’re incapable of doing the job. Worst dental experience of my life, had to live with tooth pain for 2 years

I love love love Sadif. She’s very patient and compassionate, accommodating and considerate. She’s my only hygienist now. I have anxiety with deep cleaning and she was there for my situational needs. My blood pressure was high but she chose the right combination of numbing medication that will not raise my heart rate.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. They get us in and out on time and give understandable and detailed answers to all of our questions. I highly recommend this office for both dental and orthadonics.
