Victoria Brill is a dedicated structural integration practitioner specializing in the innovative therapy technique developed by Dr. Ida Rolf in the 1950s. Victoria was recommended to me after I achieved remission from an intense bout with multiple myeloma cancer. During my cancer treatment, I lost 30 pounds and an inch and a half in height, and structural integration was suggested to improve my posture, correct body alignment, and achieve overall structural and spinal balance.

My experience with Victoria has been nothing short of phenomenal. She has a collaborative and relaxed approach, taking considerable time to understand her patients' specific issues. Throughout the sessions, she makes necessary adjustments to enhance the therapy's effectiveness. Halfway through the 10-session series, I have already experienced significant relief from discomfort, a release of tension, increased flexibility, and most importantly, higher energy levels.

Victoria is very knowledgeable about the body. I completed the ten series with her and felt like a new woman. She is amazing at getting you back into alignment and provides the tools for you to learn how to maintain it. She helped me realize that there was length in body that wasn't being utilized due to habits that I have since corrected. I did not know it was possible to realign my body and improve my posture after so many years of reoccurring lower back and cervical issues until I started working with Victoria. After 10 realignment sessions not only my posture improved but I feel more energized. They helped release both physical but emotional blocks as well. I have so much to thank Victoria for!
I am a 71 year old who has wrecked her body over the last 60 years as a professional dancer and teacher. Dance has been extremely hard on my body, particularly while in the UK dancing with The London Contemporary Dance Theatre, where 7 other dance friends have needed hip replacements.
I suffered pain in my right hip for years before finally getting my hip replaced 11/2 years ago. However I was unaware how badly I had been twisting , shortening, tightening and weakening different parts of my body in order to protect my hip from pain.
Before my hip replacement Victoria put me through the 10 series of Structural Integration….. releasing my “ sticky ribs” and re-aligning my body from “ top to toe”…..head, shoulders, hips, pelvis, knees, feet and everything in between, so by the time I had my hip replacement my body was completely tuned up and ready for a speedy recovery. I was back dancing and teaching in two months, and within the year performing a duet with a 27 year old for San Diego Dance Theater!
Victoria is a wonderful soul who cares deeply for each client.
