Dr Spencer knew exactly what my issue was, hairline fractured, right foot. He explained in full detail all information. He was very sympathetic and caring. Carlos, the technician was awesome and very knowledgeable. He had the photos uploaded and emailed before I left the office. Dr. Rodriguez and her incredible staff (Carlos, Courtney, and the rest) have been nothing short of excellent. Our son was diagnosed with bilateral clubfoot, and Dr. R had a full 1-hour consultation with us before his birth, which gave us tremendous ease before even starting our journey as clubfoot parents. Her empathy and professionalism, along with her dedication to the Clubfoot Day event and welcoming all families, are nothing short of remarkable. She is truly passionate and deeply committed to the journey of your child's correction.

I will say that post-surgery, our son had a difficult time adjusting, and Dr. R checked in with us every few hours. She was ALWAYS available for texts, calls, and FaceTimes to help my wife and me ensure we were doing everything we could to keep him comfortable. Our son is now 13 months old and starting to walk, and the joy in our hearts is always full of gratitude to Dr. R and her staff.

Thank you to this incredible team of caring, loving professionals who have helped us see the light in our son's recovery and correction. We are forever grateful to have crossed paths with such an amazing doctor.

All went well until they told me I needed splints for my feet issue and practically forced them on me and said my insurance covered them. When I got their bill showing they weren’t covered I went to office with the splints still in the bag as I ended up not using them. Found Courtney in the office to be quite unprofessional as well as the office manager Samantha telling me the splints had been used but they were going to give me a complimentary credit while interrupting me when I tried to speak. She said I signed for them so was responsible. However, I signed for them as I was told my insurance covered them! Very unpleasant experience!
