I have been coming here the past 2 months (total of 9 sessions) and I've really enjoyed my experience overall! Briana was fantastic because she made my first ever PT sessions comfortable, personable, and really helped me with my plantar fascitis, the pinch in my piriformis, and de quervain's tenosynovitis (that I could've gotten or triggered through teaching a lot of yoga). The pain went away after 3-ish weeks, but I decided to stay to focus on strengthening.

After my first session, I was given a printout of the exercises I did and it included detailed instructions, pictures, and a QR code to scan for videos too. I was amazed at the efficiency and ease! Then during all my sessions after that, Briana took her time figuring out how to creatively challenge me in order to improve my conditions. She answered all my questions and explained the purpose and effects of the exercises.

The flow in the office between all the PTs and clients in this one room is managed very smoothly without overwhelming or dismissing clients like myself. I think this greatly has to do with the clinic director, Eric. He is very attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and intentional. His team seems to really like working at this location with him and with each other based on how they balance sharing the equipment and converse throughout the room. It really makes a difference in providing the best sessions for the clients... and feels like a great workplace too!

Another thing to note is it is easy to book appointments over the phone and there is plenty of parking. It's a quiet area of business buildings but this clinic can get busy and popular. If I have any physical issues again, I'll be sure to come back here.

I would like to thank the Spine&Sport PT team with all my heart for their professionalism, team spirit, good attitude and individual approach to each patient! I ended up in Spine&Sport PT with severe pains in my right arm and shoulder. I have had days when I could not even raise my arm and could not hold objects in my hand. My hand and fingers were constantly numb. But thanks to the correct selection of exercises and further control over the implementation! Today I am almost a healthy person! Thank you guys! Each time I came to Spine&Sport PT, I really enjoyed talking with everyone who works there.
At first, I would be met by Amanda Margetts (PCC). She would measure my temperature, make a schedule for future visits. She always asked me about my well-being, offered me water, was interested if I had have any questions or comments. It was a pleasure to communicate with this girl, besides being a master of her craft, she is still very beautiful, with an amazingly pleasant voice!
I also want to say kind words to Max Monroe (PT). This guy picked up the perfect set of exercises for me, conducted tests with me and classes. During each visit, Max was interested in my well-being. He was very polite. It is clear that he loves his work and that he sincerely wants to help each of his patients!
Thanks to Sean McCarty (SPT), he also worked with me a lot, monitored the correctness of the exercises, supported me in every possible way and gave useful advice and recommendations on how I should do the exercises at home!
Many thanks also to two other physiotherapists Briar Nelson (PTA) and Olga Mecado (SPT). They also worked with me, supported me and every time celebrated my success and improvements with me!
I thank all Spine&Sport PT employees for their hard work and wish them professional success and all the best in life!
P.S. I also want to add that the music that goes in the background during classes is just perfect, thanks for the cool selection of tracks!
