After 5+ years of intense lower back pain and thinking that acupuncture/message therapy/stretching/youtube videos would fix it, I finally got serious about finding a proper solution. The pain was so acute that my wife had to help me tie my shoes and I would basically fall to the floor when I got out of bed. An MRI revealed some herniated disk issues and my physician highly recommended physical therapy, which began in early Dec. 2023.

I started meeting with Nash and Lily twice a week and they put me on an extensive & focused 2x/day exercise program at home to build strength in and around my lower back. Their expertise was evident off the bat, but more importantly Nash and Lily were excellent at getting me to think long term about the journey ahead...that is IN FACT a journey, and to stick with/trust the plan they developed, even if I didn't see immediate results. I never missed a workout at home and made sure I worked out with them at SpineZone twice a week for several months.

It's now August and my back hasn't felt this good in 10 years (I'm 39). However, I also recognize it's only as good as the work I put in. I've had to change lots of bad habits (posture, rarely sitting at my desk, adding lumbar support when I do, etc.) and when I play golf, the next day is always painful. But I go right back to the workouts they provided the next morning and am ready to go afterward.

Long story short, ALL the people at SpineZone were caring, motivating, knowledgable and well-trained. They accommodated last second appointment changes/cancelations and I would recommend their services IMMEDIATELY to anyone who is searching to relieve lower back issues. I can honestly and proudly say I would never be at the place I'm currently at without them.

With over 2 decades of sports and stupidity related injuries, I have not progressed further in my pursuit of health recovery than I have with my 10 weeks of therapy with Spinezone. Jessie, Melissa, Lily, and Nash were awesome! Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I learned numerous improvements that are continuing to help recover and reduce my chronic pain. Spinezone in Oceanside saved me. With terrible back pain for the first time in my life I could barely function. I was referred by my Dr and I began PT. ( I started the online program as I could not get an appointment for a week or so) Their program is planned for your needs and diagnosis. It was magic how I began to feel so much better. From the great lady at the front desk to each of the physical therapists they were great!! Jessie did a through evaluation and John and Rainer worked so hard with me. They were always kind, fun and gave great attention to my pain level and if I was improving or not. They made many adjustments to the program to suit it to my needs. Thank you all!!! The online prompts were very helpful and the book they gave me had lots of good information. I am now on the maintenance program for strength training and back to nearly normal. I can not say enough good things about the Spinezone Program. Give them a try if you are having back issues.

Nash was wonderful, and Spine Zones equipment is the best I have seen anywhere but I believe that you not only have to do strength training but there must be some hands on soft tissue manipulation in combination with the workout. I also feel that 30 minutes total is just not enough time.
