Avoid This Office – Unprofessional and Unproductive Experience

I strongly urge anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. My experience with the young female “doctor” was a complete waste of time and money. From the start, she appeared disinterested in addressing my concerns and barely examined my feet, which was the entire reason for the visit. It was clear she was not invested in understanding or resolving my issues.

To make matters worse, despite assurances that my insurance would cover the visit (aside from a $60 copay), I have been receiving monthly bills for four months now. This office has failed to clarify or rectify the situation, leaving me frustrated and stuck dealing with their repeated correspondence.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid this practice altogether. There are far better and more professional podiatry offices where your time, concerns, and financial commitments will be respected.

This is for the front office staff. I have been calling and emailing for at least 8 weeks trying to schedule an appointment. I leave messages and yes, they call me back, but I've missed the calls due to being in a meeting for work or not near my phone. And they never try again despite me providng this feedback.
When I return the call, it goes straight to voicemail. I really liked the doctor, which is why I keep calling, but at this point my chronic foot pain is not being addressed and I think it is time I find a new doctor.

I waited months to see this Doctor a year ago because of all the great reviews. I was searching for a second opinion because I wasn’t satisfied with the doctor at Scripps Green. My problem was resolved in a day. Amazing. We can finally take care of one other issue I have and trust him completely. Really excited about this next phase.

All the staff are great and very helpful. Alex and Virginia are the first of the staff that would greet you. On numerous occasions these ladies have been so great with my questions, assistance in getting required paperwork for work completed. They have assisted me with numerous things with a smiling and welcoming face. Dr. Felfoldi is very helpful as well. It's nice to have a specialist that is on the same page as you and doesn't just push surgery on you. He has answered all of my questions and offered many different conservative ways to approach my foot issue. I have been seeing him for almost seven months now and am appreciative of them all.

Dr. Andrew Felfoldi is professional, yet down to earth. He really listened to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was willing to address my pain aggressively to get me back on my feet as soon as possible. I trust him and recommend him highly. The office staff was also very nice to deal with and helpful.
