I have no idea who Dr Kaplan is. I've been going here for months, never met him. However, I really like Doctor Chen. On the other hand, the office phone system and staff are disappointing. I tried to call for 3 days (Mo/Tu/We) and left messages, no reply. So I drove down there in person to talk to the staff (Th). They said they would talk to the doctor and call me by days end (Th). No call. I tried reaching them today, Friday ... CLOSED. A full week has gone by w no reply. Terrible service!

Office is totally unresponsive. There appears to be enough staff but nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. And messages are not returned. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for more than a week.

They will NOT answer to phone., I was on hold for over an hour. Never was able to confirm my appointment time and date. Terrible customer service!

First visit was last year 2022, rep in front desk used my address on license for billing and never asked if that was my correct address, a few months later for my follow up visit, a rep called to tell me DR needed to cancel my appointment and that they would call me back which never happened, I had to call back in a month later to get another appointment scheduled. At the beginning of this year, in Feb, had another follow up visit. Forward to August of this year had a billing rep contact me requesting payment and stated numerous bills have been sent out to me. I stated that I had no clue of this and requested they correct my address since it was being sent to a very outdated address from the license. I finally received a bill in mail for over $200, walked into the office knocked on door & glass window, had a girl open the door & I requested to pay bill, girl told me to sit and wait til they were done with lunch (apparently collecting a bill payment was not more important than lunch) waited 10 minutes, and finally paid bill. Have been to many medical DR's in the area for different reasons and by far this is the worst experience I have had. I was very disappointed that after 3 visits nobody in the office ever advised me of over due bill and amounts owed, or what was covered or not covered by insurance. Will be looking for a better DPM now.

I've been going to Dr Kaplan for a decade. He's a great doctor and even better person. He is very straightforward because he cares so much for patients. He's not the type of doctor who gives you 5 minutes of his time, he gives everyone the level of care they need. He actually saved my life because he saw an impending condition and told me if I kept on the same road, I'd lose my limbs. A huge wake up call from.a man I respect. I am eternally grateful for Dr Kaplan..
The staff is very friendly and I look forward to my visits. A++++...

I have been seeing Dr. Wang at Dr. Kaplan’s office for just about a year. She is truly fantastic! She is extremely personable and really listens to you and your concerns. She makes me feel seen as a patient because she truly listens and doesn’t just talk at you like so many doctors do. She is thorough and cares about what is happening with your feet. I cannot recommend her more highly!

The first time they did fix my ingrown toenail on both sides of my big toe. If you have a follow up appointment and you are on time be prepared to wait 45 minutes after checkin each time, and bills coming even though you pay on the day they are due and they do not take the full payment.

I take my mother to Dr J Chen regularly.Dr Chen is excellent! She ask questions, lets us ask questions and does a great job treating us. The only problem I have with this practice is the way they have it set up:
We have to go to two different buildings which is hard for me since I take mom on a wheelchair. You’re not allowed to used the restroom in the building where the doctors are. After her treatment, if mom wants to go to the restroom (which is always difficult) we have to leave one building to go back to the first building we’ve gone to initially, to check in. I believe having to go back and for to two buildings is a great inconvenience not only for handicap persons such as my mom, but also for all others.GW
