STI PT and Rehab claimed to provide treatments ordered by my Orthopedic Doctor and the Insurance company agreed to pay STI for this treatment which wasn't provided. To claim to provide and charge for treatments not performed is called what? This has been my experience. The help with an exercise routine, electrical stimulation, and application of Hot and Cold packs I appreciate, and it has helped. Yet, Providing 3 out of the 10 treatments promised in writing is unethical and doesn't provide any patient with quality treatment to rehabilitate serious injuries.

This is the second time I have been referred to them, for my left shoulder. In which, has been giving me pain for over 3 years! I'm getting complete, physical therapy sessions every Tuesday and Thursday mornings! David is continually helping me with needle therapy and also the other staff, they really care about my condition and do a exceptional job! I look forward to going to my weekly sessions! Thank you all so much, for all your help, work, dedication to helping people get the proper physical therapy that they really need, to recover from their physical conditions! ❤☝?

Two weeks after shoulder surgery, I came from Virginia to Arizona for recovery. Our family chiropractor recommended STI for physical therapy. They have been amazing to work with. I got full range of motion back quickly and have even been able to start strengthening my shoulder. I highly recommend STI for any of your physical therapy needs!

Physical therapist David is awesome and super helpful. Had severe back problems and after 6 weeks of physical therapy I can do everyday activities again. Techs Sabrina and Wally are amazing. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would totally recommend this particular loaction. Wendy in the front office is super nice and explains everything as far as payments and insurance. Makes is so easy for you. Equipment is great and facility is super clean!

I was assigned David, I think he is amazing, what was his best quality is he listens to me. Not all pain and issues are alike, I've got multiple problems that need addressing, back, shoulder, flexible and movement, David listened to my issues and he is smart. His education shines. I'm Greatful to have him and my therapist. P.s. The front desk is a welcoming experience, so nice, and really all the staff have been kind.

I get excellent quality care every time I go to STI! Wendy in the front makes the process of scheduling a breeze, which can be tricky at some physical therapy places. David and Issak are both highly knowledgeable therapists who have managed to get me further than I have before in my continued physical therapy! The staff are all very helpful in helping me achieve my goals. I highly recommend this place!
