I got called into work so I had to cancel , my appointment which was at 2:30pm and I called before 9:30 am to cancel. I would have rescheduled but whoever the man was that answered the phone said it was too late to cancel and then told me I have to find a new dentist instead of rescheduling. I have never been to this place and today would have been my first time, but just by that interaction alone shows me how unprofessional this place must be . I should have read the reviews before even booking the appointment because the low review scores check out .

Extremely Disappointed with the Service
The office performed a root canal, yet four months later, they still refuse to address the ongoing pain. Instead of resolving the issue, they are sending us to a different office. To make matters worse, our insurance no longer covers the procedure because it is considered a re-treatment. Very poor care and support overall.

Thankfully I haven't had to have any major dental work, but I do need to have my teeth cleaned on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I have to have a deep cleaning and the dentist herself takes care it, not a hygienist. At other offices it was an uncomfortable procedure but this dentist has a very gentle manner and I look forward to my cleanings.

my son went there recently and got a really great cleaning and the fillings are ok. HOWEVER he has a tooth they want to pull. They didn't give him any other options and no replacement suggestions. So far I have told him to refuse this until I get another dentist to review his record. My son asked for his dental record digitally via email but has not yet obtained this. I have my own dentist who wants to receive this digital record and will give us a free second opinion.

Never come to this dental office. Very unprofessional, inexperience that I have to come back for my partial and the bridge that they did is too big and protruding. So much regret when I got my partial that they said to soak it in hot water then wear it. After a week still the same I’m almost late to work just to fit this partial every morning. I decided to stop this agony and decided to comeback. Truly indeed it doesn’t fit. On that appointment day, I was scheduled ahead of one person ( cause I see it in the sign up sheet) but they took that person. I was so mad because I have to go back to work that day.
After a mo. my newly adjusted partial came and the receptionist called me when I can come. I told her Friday, 10/19/2018 and she said yes, confirmed. On the day before my appointment, approximate 6:00PM the husband owner called me that it will be rescheduled on the following Monday 10/22. I was so mad because I begged my boss to give me a day off for 10/19 appt. then they just cancelled it not even before 24 hrs notice. The receptionist called me again on 10/19 and said I can come middle of the day then when I called them back at around 12:25 she said they have an emergency and I can come at 3:00 or 3:30 PM. I’m fed up and want to sue this dental office for my lost wages, which I could be working 1.50 per hr for 10/19/18. I am letting the public to check with Yelp before negotiating, check and review. I didn’t know that there was a bad review for this company prior to going to this dental office. Looks this dentist came from foreign country and doesn’t have much experience. Most important thing is the commitment to the customers and to the service, not only money, money, money. By the way they charged me for 2 lower bridges $3,400 and my insurance paid for half, and my lower partials almost $3000+. This is the reason why I’m so mad atthis dental office. I DIDN’T GET THE SERVICE THAT I DESERVED.

I never write reviews but come on, they deserve it! Nobody likes going to the dentist so why do they make it even worse
1) extremely hard to get an appointment at a time that works for you, they don't try.
2) They don't even know how to use their software... so you wait
3) As professional it took 3 persons and a good 15 min to realize that I'm missing teeth (you'll admit that's a good one!!)
4) Why do they put you upside down? so uncomfortable to have the blood rushing to your head.
5) They didn't do the clean up because according to them, it has to be a different appointment (read the end)
6) They charged me 11$ copay (read they end)
7) My wife went the next day, repeat step 1 to 6)
8) we just called another dentist through the same insurance, turns out they lied on 5 and 6.

Conclusion, on top of being incompetent they are lairs and thieves.

This dentist office has a very creepy old Indian man working the front desk. He is very rude and unprofessional both in person and over the phone. He was even rude to the other receptionist working next to him at the front desk. I do not recommend this dentistry due to the fact that he works there.
I was there and I will agree that Dr. Muniyappa is efficient but I don't know if this creepy gentleman is a relative or an investor but he shouldn't be working there.
