We had an excellent experience at this urgent care! We waited just an hour on a Thursday morning. The entire process was smooth and efficient. We were able to get the treatment needed within the same day. Very grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend to anyone in need of urgent care!

While the staff is courteous and doctors are good, the wait times are really big. I spent about 3 hours recently. They need to staff more doctors or fix their check-in system which assigns a person to a random doctor. So if your assigned doctor is slow for whatever reason, someone else who came after you is seen before you.

Also, their "On My Way" system has never given me an appointment for years so I don't understand why they even advertise the option that does not work. If they can get their online appointment system working and give people an "hourly window" (to account for emergencies), they can get people out in an hour. Such simple setup not working in today's world is frustrating.

My experience was wonderful for myself and my baby. Both became sick in the same day for different reasons. I give them 5 star because doctors, doctor assistants, nurses and staff behavior was very polite and responsible. They were honest about waiting time, all my issues solved. They had lab so results came in a minute. Doctors diagnosed our issue right and later for follow up I was able to get video appointment for my baby. I am so thankful for their service.

It was unfortunate that I had to visit Urgent Care yesterday for an injury and to my surprise, the wait was not so bad as there were many patients waiting to be seen. I was screened early on, about an hour wait to see the doctor. She was very thorough with her exam. I was sent over to imaging and the wait was around 15 mins for CT scans and another 10 mins for X-rays. I had to return to see doctor for the results. It was about another 35 mins wait. Total 2 hrs. At home recovering with peace of mind.

Very unreasonable checking in system for walk in urgent care. They assigned you to one doctor randomly at checkin and you need to wait for that specific doctor to be available. So if your doctor is slow or has a two hour emergency, they won’t assign you to next available doctor, instead, you need to wait forever until your assigned doctor’s queue moves to your turn. Patients come a lot later than you can get seen a lot earlier than you. ( all adults patients, not talking about pediatric ones, they have a separate doctor group) Very unfair for patients who come early but has to wait for extra couple hours. Your patient queue system needs improvement.

The doctors inside are amazing and very thorough. The process to reach the doctor however is not the best.

When I checked-in I was told there are 3 patients in front of me and the wait time on the display was 55 mins. I got the number after 2.5 hours approx and a lot of patients came after me and went in based on the condition. I am not sure how they are evaluate what is a more serious condition than the other, I do agree it’s required but nothing justifies 2.5 hours of wait.
