They never return the phone calls. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a call back and I call every other day. Referrals takes 3-4 times longer because they are short staffed. It feels like pulling teeth. Very frustrating

I love this clinic, everyone is so friendly and attentive. Feels like a real family practice. Dr. Reddy has a great beside manner, he takes time and engages in conversation. I also like the drive going to the reservation. So glad I found this place.

During every single visit to the clinic I see both Barbara and Sabrina constantly being kind, courteous, friendly, and professional to all the clients - even during the busiest, most stressful times when the clinic is jammed. Both ladies are the BEST and I'm always grateful for the professionalism with the smiles as well. At my last appointment at the clinic, while I was in the waiting room, I witnessed Sabrina Castro handle a very difficult caller and the entire time she was on the phone, she remained cool, calm and patient. I could tell it was not an easy call but she handled it with grace and was eventually successful in keeping the caller happy while at the same time getting the job done at hand on her end. I mentioned to her when I left how impressed I was with how she handled the call. Thank you both Barbara and Sabrina for making trips to the clinic so easy, and friendly!

This clinic is absolutely amazing. The receptionists are beyond kind and they are always there if you need something, they do their job beyond what a normal receptionist would. I have Dr. Devine, her name says it all. She is very Devine, sweet, gentle, and you can really tell she cares about you and your health. Overall, Sycuan medical is a perfect place to be for any medical purposes. This place goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and healthy.❤️ Thank you so much guys!

I love the staff at Sycuan Medical Dental Center. They even have a pharmacy which is very convenient! My whole family goes to this center. It's hard to find a good dentist that explains all your concerns and one that is affordable. This is the place. Extremely affordable and even though it's quite a commute to this office, we all do it because they are worth that drive.

Sycuan Medical and Dental Center and the Pharmacy provides excellent service for Health and Dental care. The staff is very professional and caring. The Doctor's provide excellent service and are helpful in providing information towards managing and achieving good health. Give them a call, appointments are available at your convention.
