Professional staff . Due to popularity of professional staff, treatment provider there may sometimes be a wait to get certain services (spine treatment for me) done. There are certain steps needed to get to the end results—patience get u there. Ireceived a treatment for my rt leg in which my spine nerves was pinching off the nerves to rt leg, also have neuropathy due to diabetes. The epidural trestment went very well, as the staff and very well known surgeon, Dr. Gupa Very supportive explain the procedure helped me onto the operating table got me comfortable Dr. Gupta Explained step-by-step of what he Was doing During the entire procedure. For me, it was not that painful to have this procedure done. During this procedure, I laid on my stomach On a pillow and found a vocal point that To help me focus on the vocal point and not the procedure To keep your mind off of the procedure. I go back in two weeks for a follow up so far so good. I do have another epidural on my spine for the lower back arthritis Appointment to be scheduled sorry this is so long to read, but I wanted people to know who are considering this type of procedure to start at the beginning get seen assessed to sign up for the procedure. You may have to wait a little bit so take your pain meds as prescribed by your doctor and just do what you Gotta do get it done. Thank you, staff and doctors.

Danielle is great, she is grossly over worked. The wait times are crazy, but that is due to poor management. It seems like this company is all about the money and not helping patients. The staff turn over is crazy! That’s a true sign of a poorly run company. At my medical job which I worked at for 18 years and I was still the newest employee there. Now that is how a company should be ran. I feel sorry for Danielle and the other short term employees.

the office is short staffed and nearly impossible to talk to someone. I have a back injury and take hydrocodone to sleep. I Have to ask for a refill every month and literally spend hours listening to their music while on hold !!!! Plus many faxes
send faxes to get that refill. It has been going on for years!!!

From my first appointment to my third appointment when I finally got some sort of treatment took 4 months. You cant ever get a hold of the front desk to ask direct questions because they use some sort of answering service. Every call literally takes 20+ minutes and usually ends with them needing to call you back, which may or may not happen. The front desk staff were extremely disconnected and rude all three times I went. The best I can explain it is, it seemed as if patients presence annoyed them. The nurses in the back were very nice and energetic. I enjoyed working with them. The two doctors I worked with were nice and seemed to listen but the treatment didn't work at all.

Absolutely INHUMANE! RUN from this place! The lack of organization, empathy and blatant attitude associated with everyone in this place is beyond comprehension. From the first visit we witnessed the true intentions of this sad excuse for a practice. I had to speak with a manager on the first day due to her rude receptionist raising her voice to my aunt, who was told she would be sedated for her procedure, had been driven to the appt because she wouldn’t be able to drive and had fasted, only to be told ONCE IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM that it was a “non anesthetic day”! Meaning they don’t do sedation procedures on certain days! And this women, when she came out IN PAIN, had the audacity to immediately lose her patience with my aunt, who was not being rude! This is a pain management place. The people coming in are IN DAILY PAIN! And these “employees” have an attitude? Each visit since then has been something else. Some issue. Some mix up! And today, she was supposed to have another procedure done. They called her last night and pushed it back an hour and a half. They knew she was coming and knew she was fasting. 30 minutes before her procedure today they called and told her today was a “non anesthetic day” and cancelled her!!! After confirming with her the night before! KNOWING she would be sedated! Knowing she’s been waiting to get RELIEF! They were snotty with her and not apologetic! And they said she could come get it done without sedation!
There is no one running this sinking ship! Don’t waste your time suffering longer by trying to get relief here. We have reported them and are redirecting my aunt to a new place. Idk how they stay open like this! It’s maddening!

Took 8 months to get a real person. I would leave messages trying to get an appointment.
Never! a call back. I told doctor about it. So finally a different doctor gave me a different phone number to the pain management.
Finally spoke to a real person, finally was issued an appointment.
From that point on, all I received was a date in my text message with time.
That was the last time I heard from that office. Didn't get any messages with the address? Or who I'm to see?
I had to call the desert Oasis health care, just to get the address.
I'm trying to find out if my appointment was still on August 14th. Didn't reach a person.

The building is 50 minutes away from where I live. I finally reached it. Walked in. It was very busy. One person working the desk. Finally in line I had to explain my business. Took two assistants to find me on the computer.
They said my appointment was canceled!
I didn't get any calls or messages. Stating that it was canceled. Not a cal! l or a text! or email!
The medical assistant said that they give three phone calls, I said why not leave the message on the first phone call? I'd you really call?
She was just blowing me off...because they didn't. ..said that was just their procedure.
It sucks! I was never texted, or emailed.

This place is a joke! No professionalism at all. The staff is rude, very unprofessional.

I was reissued with another appointment. After trying to get the assistant to make it a reliable appointment. Asking to please give me a text, and a call, prior to my appointment.
Like every other doctor's office does!!! sending me a text "yes or no" are you coming?

You can die in pain before you get inside of this place and before they even issue you any medication.
The desert needs a different pain management center. That is more professional, reliable and respectable, and compassionate! to the patients who "have" come here.
It took me forever to get the appointment. it took me forever to get there. Just to find out my appointment was canceled. And never told!I was so disappointed.
And they're so rude and disrespectful. Please somebody help!! where is the professionalism in this place and the concerned for the patients.
Help us find another place, that is professional reliable, respectable and clean.
This place is so small. Everyone is piled on top of each other, in the little waiting room.
I hate going back here. I was told it's the only place in the palm springs desert.
Please make a new pain Management center that is actually for the patients in need. I hate having to go back here.

Due to my insurance I can only go to Synovation. I have seen 9 doctors in 8 years. I have complex regional pain syndrome. I am in constant pain. I to have experienced canceled procedures, arriving for a appointment and told I didn't have a appointment even though I had appointment card in hand. The wait has become a problem. They're medical staff never return phone calls and when you do call their phone number, it is routed to a call center in the Philippines!! They can't even get a live person to answer their calls. I don't even know what the office manager does and there is a general feeling that nobody cares or understands. Entire staff should be educated about pain. The 2016 CDC announcement scared the crap out of providers, clinicians and pharmacist. My meds where cut in half and I was in pain with the original pain meds. I feel like I am begging for help. I have tried shots, having my nerves burned, nothing has helped. Thankfully the CDC reversed their stance on previous 2016 suggestions. Yes, suggestions. They didn't pass a law, but everyone took it as gospel. The CDC's new recommendations are chronic pain patients suffered more than any other group suggested in 2016. That means non of us should have had or been denied medication for pain. It's now 2024 and these doctors need to review policies and start addressing patients needs. I have been seeing Dr. Danielle for over a year and I love her. But she knows I have tried everything from supplements, diets, swimming, yoga, acupuncture, meditation, stretching and medical cannabis (which I hated). I have a rod in my spine, 2 replaced knees, a large tear in my right hips labrum, a plate and screws in my right ankle and now have a broken left ankle with surgery on the horizon. I have been suffering with complex regional pain syndrome since 2008. Each surgery, each injury increases my pain. And I found it difficult having Synovation work in tandem with my surgeon for pain management care post op. They told me to have my surgeon handle it. My last surgery in 2022, the surgeon prescribed Vicodin! That's like taking a M&M. So I have to explain to surgeon about my history and what I think might need to prescribed because my current medication barely takes care of my pain I'm in now. Then the surgeon makes me feel like a drug addict and when the pharmacy gets the prescription they go crazy, even though they have been filling my pain meds for 8 years. All of this is so ridiculous. Pain is real. We feel it. We need help. I haven't had a pain free day in forever. We are not drug addicts, we are dependent on pain medication to just get through a day. To try to live some semblance of a normal life. And some pain you can't see. We need changes across the board and physicians, clinicians and pharmacies need to be brave and stand by their patients and their patients needs. Synovation Rancho Mirage needs a overhaul of staff, sensitivity training, a new system for their phone etiquette and response times. Make better attempts at honoring appointment times, our time is important too. And have better support system regarding procedure/shot appointments. Notifying patients if there are changes to their procedure before they leave home and arrive at facility. I have no choice but to use Synovation and I make the best of it. But I have experienced all of the above and it is frustrating. The creme de la creme is arriving at 5:16 for a 5:15 appointment and was told doctor would not see me and I had to pay a late fee. I wasn't very happy and let them know I needed to see doctor for meds. I feel like I'm a hostage to my meds. Trying to decide how many I can take a day and when to take them to try and control my pain. Oh. Dr. Lynch is the main doctor for all Synovation locations and his home office is Redlands or Banning (?). In 8 years I have seen him once. I've had appointments scheduled to see him but it always gets canceled. I'm just a person suffering from chronic pain and would like help to control it so I can have some semblance of a normal life. It's pretty simple.

Th is s place is horrible! I had an appointment with Dr. Lynch. I was taken back to a room about 40 minutes after my appointment time. The assistant that came in ahead of time was great. He took lots of time and went over my MRI results etc. he told me to talk to Dr. Lynch about a few things. We waited an hour in the room for the doctor to come in (2 hours after my appointment time). He was such a jerk. I asked him about the things his assistant said and his responses were “that’s not what I do, find someone else for that!” I finally was able to schedule my ablation (I have had many). The doc was with me less than 5 minutes, never apologized for being almost 2 hours late.
My appointment is today and I just found out it’s with a different doctor. No one told me it would be with someone different. I’m so desperate to get my ablation I’m going through with it, but I will never be back.
