I found this place online and decided to give it a try due to all the "great" reviews.
since day one all I keep hearing from the dentist is Oh you need a deep clean, over and over again (never had or needed one in my life)
I was still breastfeeding when I started coming here so my gums weren't in the best shape, and now I'm pregnant again so same issue...
Constant push for braces when I've already explained I CANNOT afford it.
I am fully aware I need braces, still...pushes it every single time I come and I reminded her I cannot afford it.
She also recommended a cleaning every 4 months, so I came.
I didn't need it, I didn't ask for it.
as I am checking out they tell me I owe over $120.. So i asked, well doesn't my insurance cover it ?
the very nice receptionist checked for me and said I'm only covered for 2 cleanings a year, she was very apologetic, I reminded her that's not HER fault, the dentist should have checked with the front desk before making such recommendation! I've been coming here maybe a year and a half and I kept saying I was going to find a new dental office and didn't.
I most definitely will now.
Most of the staff is very nice.
To make things worse, They haven't had a dental hygienist in over half a year or longer so there's that.
The dentist is always rushing between patients to try and get it all done instead of hiring temporary Hygienist to help her.

I have never met a dentist that is supportive not only to me but to her staff. While at my last appointment she was talking to me and was also talking to her assistant not just barking orders. If really made me feel very comfortable.
Valarie is a very sweet person as well 🙂

I enjoyed my first visit and look forward to my next one! The team as a whole were all very informative and helpful. From the start, I spoke with Valerie about my insurance and she took the extra steps to contact my insurance and double check everything was good to go, even told me some things I didn't know about my insurance. She called me to see if I can come in earlier (they were ahead of their schedule) to get same day cleaning! I'm so glad it worked out and I was able to do that. Lena took my x-rays and was super friendly and I enjoyed our conversations from my dental history, any questions I had and just getting to know each other a little bit. The hygienist (I'm so sorry, I forgot her name) did a great job at scaling my teeth and wasnt too rough or painful, as it has been over a year since my last cleaning. Dr. El Ghaoui was welcoming and I believe her way of dentistry is conservative. My last dentist told me i had cavities on all my molars but Dr. El Ghaoui reassured me my teeth were great. I was a little nervous as I haven't had any cavities in my life so it was good to hear that Dr. El Ghaoui told me I had good strong teeth! I've also been interested in getting invisalign for a long time and the team took the time and effort to do a consultation and run down on pricing and payment options, which has never been done for me before. This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had! I highly recommend going to Tara Hills Denistry for Dr. El Ghaoui and her team!!

I appreciate Dr. El Ghaoui and the two ladies who assisted with helping my daughter yesterday. It was very challenging to work with her due to her only being 6 years old and she had a gag reflex that was not allowing them to properly work on her teeth. Thank you all for your patience, thank you for not showing frustration towards my little girl. That did not go unnoticed. The two ladies who assisted names are Ariana (main assistant) and Carrie (who was a temporary assistant)
Also Thank you to Valerie who is always so sweet to myself and both of my daughters . We all have been apart of Tara Hills dental for over 5 years now and look forward to continuing on .
