I was told I could stay here for my safety for at least 20 hours and I was kicked out and listen while I was still highly suicidal and I told them that and they still kicked me out. I will never never ask for help ever again I’d rather kill myself

I recently visited the mental health urgent care facility, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. When I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They were attentive to my needs and made me feel seen and heard.

I was particularly impressed by the fact that they even provided a delicious dinner for me during my stay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel so cared for. Additionally, the team at the facility made sure that I had access to the medication I needed to help me feel better.

Overall, my experience at the mental health urgent care was exceptional. I appreciate everything the staff did to make me feel comfortable and supported during a challenging time. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of mental health care. Thank you for everything!

I was sent here by my primary in a distressing time. The staff is great. It doesn't feel like a hospital setting at all. They help you get help and your meds as the small price of 24hr observation. The next day you are free to go and follow up with your primary. I never knew something like this existed, definitely wish I would have known sooner. Highly reccomend. I wish I could remember the name of one the gal's that was there but she made me feel safe, she was there for me. She was a blessing

The intake needs to read a book called What Happen to you, then think about what she said to me. Not everyone is manic, some people are angry. I was angry because I have someone whom is messed up in his head in this house where I live and he thinks yelling is what he is suppose to do to solve problems in this house. He feels he has more power over everyone when he does that here. He has done it repeatedly this is what happens to children whom are raised by a narcissist father! Read about that too and watch some videos on YouTube about what happens to children raised by a narcissist. She should see him in action. Oh and the father doesn’t feel he is a narcissist none of them ever do… and most of the time they do not seek help… because they don’t have a problem!

I waited here for 7 hours just to get seen, all I needed was my meds so that I could see my doctor the next day for a follow up. And The doctor Laura prescribed my meds for THE NEXT DAY. Keep in mind I came in day of with very high anxiety & not in a very good head space at all, I needed help that day. Then when I called to ask if they could help me get my meds that same day & they said there was nothing they could do about it. This place SUCKS. Do not recommend coming here if you need REAL SERIOUS mental urgent care, they do not take your situations seriously & do not care about you once you have left the facility. This is the WORST place I’ve ever been to, the nurses are rude & take their sweetest time doing everything BUT helping the patients. Cannot believe the medical “professionals” that work here. I could go on and on about how horribly this place is ran. Feels more like a soup kitchen than a mental urgent care.

The day shift workers were very sweet. After waiting here for 7 hours with only seeing 1 of the 3 people I need to see, I asked the staff at the desk (tall miserable Asian with glasses) if she would be able to tell me how much longer it would be. She responded "Absolutely not." After telling her I got here 7hrs prior, she asked me my name and told me I still had a long wait time. I said "ok." And started walking to my seat. She then yelled across the waiting room "You dont have to wait here, this is voluntary. If you want to leave then say so because we have people who want to be seen.". I was embarrassed and sat down. I will never come here or advise anyone else to come here again.

Mental Health is a real sickness if you are trying to get better and seek help, whether they answer the phone or not, whether that mailbox is full or not, whether you sit outside waiting for a human being to acknowledge you, if you care about your mental health, you'll do whatever it takes to check in, wait as long as it takes to get in that door to get the HELP you need, they've helped me numerous of times, this is the place I run to for help, they help me mentally physically and emotionally in so many ways, do not suffer alone and do not suffer in silence mental health can create chaos in your life take control, don't give up, let them help you, again! let them help you, they're not your enemy they want to help you even though it's hard for us to believe that but it's true

They make you stay overnight...what part of overnight is urgent care? Most people with anxiety are not going to want to stay overnight. I only needed meds refill so could make tell my pcp (primary care provider) could see me. Appointments are so hard to get quickly with my pcp cause of covid. Just go to er or regular urgent care for quicker care. If you truly need it then stay the night. Not to mention I tryed calling them 7/3/21 3:29am guy told I need to see my pcp "buddy "...yikes
