Excelente servicio ,si tubiera mas estrellas se las daria sin titubear, las chicas super amables una de ellas Ericka asta me tomaba la mano cuando yo empezaba a ponerme nerviosa como todo paciente que va por primera vez y ella decia vas a estar bien respira ,me ayudo bastante me retiraron 3 muelas y la verdad fue facilisimo y no tuve molestia alguna el doctor me dijo solo voy a revisar y me saco las muelas increible que paresca ,fue de lo mas rapido 💯 recomendado,volvere pronto ya quiero aser mi segunda cita,ya esperábamos una clinica asi en este vecindario ,recomendaré amigos 😃

Let me tell you this!! I have always been afraid of going to the dentist , probably bcz of judgement, I have messed up back teeth and had a yellow front tooth and I was tired of not being able to smile so I booked an appointment and let me tell you they are all amazing especially Dr.Mays, She’s the best in this world she’s gentle , kind and knows her stuff! My front tooth looks amazing and I have zero fear of the dentist now. Dr Mays will always be my dentist Hero ! 5 stars to her and her assistants. I Highly highly recommend this office to anyone who has fear of a dentist. They don’t judge you they just fix you! Thank you Dr Mays I can now smile again ! With all my love to all of you ! I am very unhappy with the services and hope someone will contact me soon to help me with this situation, I got a root canal at a specialist office then came here to have it crowned and Dr.Jen also prepped for the crown! The 1st delivery attempt one of the assistants took an x-ray and made me bite down on the crown and I heard a loud pop, then I noticed later during that appointment that the crown had been chipped on a margin line, I was very confused and concerned for the-well being of my tooth, the office had to re order the crown and waiting again this whole process took about almost 2 months in total, when they finally got the new crown in at that point my tooth started to hurt 😞 when Dr. Jen delivered the crown I told her that it felt to large and she said that she would have to re-prep the tooth and all and that she could not do so. She cemented the crown and adjusted somewhat and since I experienced all of this my tooth has been very uncomfortable from a unwell fitter crown that I paid for with my hard earned money. I am so sad and disappointed, I need this crown remade properly so my tooth stops hurting, its been almost 3 months now since this has occurred. Also every-time I presented to Dr.Jen a broken filling or a tooth that needed attention she would say the tooth has no decay so she didn’t wanna touch it which I didn’t understand I wanted to pay for treatment on a broken filling and she kept telling me that like as if she genuinely just didn’t want to do the work of to help me. Overall this was my experience here & I am very upset and would like someone to reach out to me to fix this right away please.

I had been going to the community clinic for my dental work as I did not have any kind of insurance, but I stopped going there due to some horrible experiences during the 9 visits in a single year!
For that very reason I avoided the dentist for a year and a half. I chose Dental Express over Western Dental and so far, I have been completely satisfied.
I chose the Escondido location as well as the dentist of my choosing. Their website is very useful and has bios on all the dentists. I am a military Veteran so naturally I picked Dr. Jaime Ferguson as he also is a Veteran {Navy 10 yrs.}
The ENTIRE staff was kind and showed me more compassion than I expected {they even greet you by name as soon as you walk through the door!!} and the office manager even convinced me to stay and give it a try as I had already made up my mind that I was going to leave because I thought I needed complete sedation to have 7 cavities filled. Turns out it was the correct decision. Tomorow I will be having an exam for 2 crowns. I love this place!!!

Today was my Deep Cleaning visit with Dental Express. Because I suffer from extreme anxiety, I almost did not want to go because of the numbing chemicals used, but I am glad I went ahead with the visit and ride off my anxiety. Well, I survived the fear of medicine going into my body all because of how informative SAUL was and how calm and collected he was during the entire procedure. He is a great conversationalist and he makes you feel at ease and pain free. Can't wait for my next visit with Dental Express staff.

Dr. Casey is a kind and compassionate human being and an amazing dentist! I’ve been putting off the dentist for 4 years and finally went for a wisdom tooth extraction and he answered all my questions, not once got annoyed with me, and got my tooth out in under a minute. I encourage anyone with a fear of the dentist to see Dr. Casey, you won’t regret it:)
