Went to have my crown looked at as it felt chipped along one edge and was irritating my tongue. I thought that it had a 5 years guarantee but apparently it’s only one year and I ended up paying for an office visit which I wasn’t expecting (I pay out of pocket).

The office manager offered me one of their membership packages because of the misunderstanding which includes 2 cleanings a year amongst other great benefits, which is more than I paid for the office visit - they do take care of their patients and the staff and Dr Garofolo are all amazing.

I love that they can do your crown at the same office visit with their high-tech 3-D equipment and I love the concierge treatment including their comfortable, spacious. appealing reception area that has water, coffee and tea available while you wait (you’ll have to go in early as they are always right on time getting you in!)

Other dental offices feel like they don’t have enough time for you or they treat you like you’re at a car dealership. You will be treated like you matter and takes the fear out of going to the dentist.

The office staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Safoma, my hygienist, was very patient, kind and thorough. Dr. Garofolo is always professional and thorough. Today was a pleasant experience.

My friend told me about The Dentistry Collective and I was so blown away when I walked in. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was absolutely amazing and so professional! I normally am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but coming here was amazing and I just felt so comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a new dentist. If I could give more stars I would!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this dental office! Sure, it looks fancy, but that’s not why we go to the dentist. Even with good insurance, they push unnecessary procedures that are completely out of pocket! I could’ve had two fillings covered by my plan, but they refused to give me an appointment. Victoria, one of the staff, acted like two fillings weren’t worth their time and told me to wait two months! They only care about making you spend a ridiculous amount of money to make it “worth their time.” Completely unacceptable! I will never go back!

I treat my dentist like I do my barber (when I had enough hair to cut): When I find a good one (and they are rare), they become my go-to for life.

With that being said, I now have a dentist for life. I used that analogy mainly because there's a unique confidence that you should feel when getting a fresh cut, and I felt that kind of confidence after just one visit with The Dentistry Collective. Everyone - from the reception desk to the procedure chair, do an outstanding job, and are professional and facilitating beyond necessity.

I simply cannot recommend or compliment them enough 💯.

I was on vacation in San Diego when my dental bridge fell out. I picked The Dentistry Collective from a Google search of Dentists near me. I am so happy I chose them.
They were able to get me in that day. Everyone was so wonderful. I was in an absolute panic thinking I would have to spend the rest if my vacation without 3 of my front teeth! Dr. Garofolo was so very kind. He was able to cement the bridge back in place, and he explained my different options for a more permanent solution and answered all my questions. They treated me with kindness and respect. I can't thank them enough for getting me in to their office as quick as they did. I'm now back home and seeing my own dentist. Thank you Dr. Garofolo and Linda and everyone else who works at The Dentistry Collective for everything you did! If I lived in San Diego I would certainly choose them as my Dentist!
I even got a goodies bag on my way out!
