I recently became a new patient at The Grove Family Dentistry in Clayton, CA, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Dr. Troung is incredibly professional and thorough in his approach. During my comprehensive dental exam, he did an excellent job explaining everything that was going on with my teeth and gums. It's clear that he is knowledgeable and dedicated to patient education.

The office itself is very welcoming and appears to have the latest technology, which made my visit even more comfortable. From the moment I walked in to make my initial appointment to the actual visit, the entire staff was wonderful. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive, making the whole process seamless and pleasant.

I truly appreciate the exceptional job that Dr. Troung and his entire team did to help me understand my dental needs and educate me throughout the process. If you are looking for a new dentist in Clayton, I highly recommend The Grove Family Dentistry. This practice is top-notch in every way!

We recently changed our dental plan, and found The Grove Family Dentistry from the insurance site. So glad to have a good dentist in the Clayton downtown. The office is modern and clean. Staff are nice and patient. I had issues with the x-ray from our previous dentist, and staff (Joyce) is patient to help us solve the issues.

The Grove Family Dentistry staff in Clayton are all professional, accommodating, respectful and friendly. Their facility is spacious, modern and very clean. My new patient visit is still upcoming but one of my crown's fell out the other night and I drove down to their office to schedule an emergency appointment. They were fully booked but squeezed me in to re-cement the crown later that same day. Dr. Truong did not rush, explained everything and successfully put my crown back in. Thank you Dr. Truong, Bernie, Mariah and Joyce for such a wonderful new patient experience!!!! I highly recommend The Grove Family Dentistry!

Dentist and other staff are good... But receptionist is horrible... As people have mentioned in many other reviews - her attitude and rudeness. Cancels long booked appointments at the last minute. Impossible to maintain cleanings at a 6 month intervals - when I dared to question why this time my 6 month appointment was cancelled at the last minute and I had to wait another couple of months, I got the snooty response that we are changing things to provide better service... When it turne out to be a sick staff member... Just admit it - no big deal... But so difficult to deal with...

Our entire family including baby daughter all go to the Grove dentistry and we could not be happier that such an amazing dental office is located in Clayton, CA. The office is clean, working hours are very reasonable, they do offer Saturday appointments, and front office staff is nice. Dental hygienist Kelsey is extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and gentle. It was a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by her. Most importantly, the Doctor is fabulous! He is timely, efficient, has excellent bed side manner, and always explains what he is doing before he does it. I could not be happier to be his patient. Highly recommend this dentists.
