Been working with Jordan for the past 3 months getting rid of back/neck pain and regaining strength, as a 22 y/o surfer who is physically pushing myself 24/7 365 it’s very important to be in best shape and no pain. Jordan has helped me get back on top and feeling great! Very stoked on this man and his training.

I met Jordan at a fitness event prior to booking with him and had a conversation about my fitness goals and training program. I already knew I needed guidance on how to apply my effort with more purpose. Jordan is as professional and educated as you can ask for. he listened to what I had to say, offered some help and that's before I even came in for an appointment. I was even more surprised that the actual appointment had me walking away fulfilled with a plan I understood, and was tailored to my existing goals and workouts. This was a very thorough and informative meeting, I now feel healthier and more capable of achieving my triathlon goals. I highly recommend working with Jordan for all levels of athletes, whether is consultations and/or working on your body.

Dr. Jordan was phenomenal! He really takes the time to learn your mechanism of injury, and the goals for your recovery. He takes the time to teach and instruct you through your rehab. He tailors the rehab to your goals to help build longevity through movement. I had an excellent experience here and cannot wait to see my progress through his instruction! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to recover from injury.

I have been seeing Dr. Jordan for over a month now. I have never had any PT before this, and I came because I had a weak left ankle from a previous injury. Dr. Jordan is very understanding, a great listener, and I have started to feel stronger in my easy runs but especially in my stability during my workouts. I can start to feel my ankle actually firing again which is awesome. He will also take the time to make sure that you understand why you are doing certain exercises. Would highly recommend especially if you are dealing with recurring injuries!

Jordan is the best! I would definitely recommend him for both personal training and physical therapy. I sought his expertise when dealing with a painful shoulder injury, and he has been instrumental in my recovery while enabling me to regain strength and continue doing the activities that I love. Jordan is very attentive and was able to tailor a workout regimen that aligns with my lifestyle. He prioritized my healing process, helped me foster a deeper understanding of body mechanics, and has guided me towards increased strength and well-being.

I highly recommend Jordan for PT! I injured my shoulder from boxing and within a short amount of time working with him I not only became pain free, he also really helped me rebuild strength and for longevity. I started out seeing him in person and then traveled for a few months and continued working with him remotely. Because of his work he opened up my eyes to seeing the work he does is needed way before an injury and will continue working with him on the foundations. He definitely isn’t your average PT and provides the why, mental aspect, and physical work to feel your best!

I have seen Jordan for a few recurring and overuse injuries and through manual therapy, listening, educating and goal setting, I’m feeling better than ever.
He is an incredible physical therapist because he doesn’t just look at the pain that brought you in but the entire picture. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes into account the entire body when looking at recovery.
I believe in his method because it is wholistic and involves you, the client, in his process. You’ll never feel like he’s assigning you homework or regurgitating information because he truly loves his job and helping/challenging each individual he treats.

Can't say enough positive things about working with Jordan. He is incredibly knowledgable and quickly identified the cause of my persistent low back pain and between manual therapy and exercises it has completed resolved while also making significant improvements in my mobility. I had previously seen other PTs and made no progress. Jordan is incredibly easy to work with and enjoyable to be around. Additionally, he does a great job of explaining the why behind everything and enabled me to be able to self treat any issues that come up around low back pain. Highly recommend him and he made a significant improvement in my quality of life!!
