Was referred here did urine mind you they make you wait until urine is back before prescribing. I understand that however my past doctors would do Urine test , labs and prescriptions all on the same visit and if there was an issue with your urine this would be addressed on your follow up appointment. The pain clinic wanted me to wait another two weeks for another appointment. My primary requested the urine results. After 20 minutes my primary comes back in the room and says “ There’s no issues “ with the urine and I’ll be writing a bridge script for you and he did . Just be careful with them because if there is ever any issues they will just ignore you and then wonder why you leave . I have my original pain management back . Again I’m sure they are nice people but they are not patient centered at all in my experience.

I have been a patient with JZ in Arul Doraswamy office since 04/25/2015. we have an open doctor and patient relationship. I just love him i remember i gave a dirty test one time from the dentist office and he explain it how and why and we had a healthy conversation about it. He is always about keeping you pain free healthy.

I think I have been treated by JZ and Dr. Doraiswamy for about 10 years. Everyone in the office are courteous and very helpful. McKenna, the new office manager, went way out of her way to assist me when I needed information or help because of anomalies. Dr. Doraiswamy is very gentle, caring, and talks me through the injections I get. 10 stars for this team.

Z , nurses, and staff always make you feel welcome and never rushed. Dr. Arul Doraiswamy Md Is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He makes you feel relaxed and welcome. I’ve been a patient at this clinic since 2011; started with Dr D and have been seeing JZ for the last few years. Dr Doraiswamy and JZ have ALWAYS been great for me and my individual care, ever changing as it is. I see a lot of different Doctors for different reason and as far as they go, number one in care, treatment and the extra mile. Also a shout out to John(medical assistant) for his hard work and treating me like a Human Being.

I have been going to this pain clinic for many years. I originally saw Dr. Doraiswamy and was switched over Jz a few years ago. I love all of the staff. Even when I had to have a prior authorization my insurance was taking forever, so they office was able to call directly and get the authorization done. I think they go above and beyond. I believe a lot of the bad reviews on here are due to people doing drugs illegally and they get caught when drug tested. Just something to keep in mind when reading these reviews.

This pain clinic is the best so far i have ever been. They are professional, polite, kind and curtious. They go the extra mile when handling their job duties. Dr Anylou is one of the best at her job. She builds a kind relationship with her patients and makes you can't wait to revisit again because her and her staff Bertha,Denise, and Kathy makes you feel like family. Im confident in her decisions. I thank the entire staff for being such wonderful people.

I have been going to the pain clinic for 4 years and have only had great results. The staff is so friendly and they truly care about each and every patient! J.Z. is my doctor and he is a top notch doctor. He talks to you and listens to you. He is very caring. He is so skilled with his work. Dr. Doriswamy does all my epidural injections and he is great. He is kind and gentle and explains procedures in detail. I highly recommend this office for great service!!
