This place is amazing! Forrest is THE best person trainer I have ever worked with. He is super knowledgeable, dedicated and helpful! I’ve been training with the perfect workout for over a year now, I can feel that I have built muscle, stronger, fitter, have more energy, definitely have lost weight and inches. Most of all, the training session is FUN, motivating - 20 mins/ twice a week, no excuses not to do it! 🙂

The workouts are awesome, perfectly tailored for my needs. Maintaining a weekly routine has built up my strength and knowledge of my body mechanics. I started with a similar work out place which closed, then followed my trainer to the Perfect Workout nearby. The strength training is important to me at age 75. I also walk nearly daily for aerobic activity. During the Covid lock down I got very soft and lazy. Having to pay for exercise, and also the social contract with my trainer ensures that I get the exercise I need to stay healthy. And it seems to have worked. My trainer motivates me, handles keeping track of the weights I'm using, and is otherwise very encouraging. I don't think I could do this on my own. I recommend Perfect Workout for anyone having motivation issues.

I love getting a workout done in less than 30 minutes, without sweating and without having to wear gym attire. Yet the lack of outward effort belies how strong I've gotten, and I am confident that "super slow weight training" is going to reverse my osteopenia. April and Dan, the personal trainers, are great to work with. I look forward to my sessions with them, knowing I'm getting results and improving my overall health.
