Dr Manzanares is excellent. Best primary provider I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, collaborative, and she really takes the time to understand your individual health goals and work with you to help you reach them. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

0 stars if possible. I was seen 4 TIMES for an ear infection I had for over three months. The last three were within a two week period. But, in order to get actual treatment they said I had to come in a 5th time. That’s over 7 hours wasted and over $125 dollars to get treatment. The staff were extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times.

I think for a place that complains about not have enough doctors for the appointment requests they receive, they should actually make an effort to help people at their appointments. Do yourself a favor. Save money and go to the ER even if it’s something minor. You’ll actually probably save money.

I had high hopes for Dr. Arndal or Dr. Kim to be my pregnancy care provider, but I had to cancel my appointment due to their clinic's frustrating policies. I was very clear from the start that I wanted to see a doctor, not a physician assistant (PA), especially since I'm already 21 weeks pregnant and transferring my complete medical file from my previous provider. Despite this, three days before my appointment, I received confirmation message that I would be seeing PA Jennifer, not a doctor.

They made me wait over a month for the appointment without telling me that I would be scheduled with a PA. When I called to clarify, the clinic staff were unhelpful and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. They told me their policy is for all patients to see the PA for the first two visits, regardless of the fact that my pregnancy has already been confirmed and I have a full medical file, including ultrasounds, blood tests, and visit summaries.

I live two hours away, and we don’t have maternity care in my area, so it was incredibly frustrating that they didn’t care to help, refer me, or even acknowledge the difficulty of my situation. I had health concerns and severe pregnancy pains I wanted to discuss with the doctor, but instead, I’m left without a care provider after waiting so long. Their lack of communication, care, and basic sympathy was disappointing, especially from a clinic that’s supposed to prioritize women's health. Despite the good reviews about the doctors, this experience showed me early on that they’re not the right choice for me or any pregnant woman.

Matthew Irons, PA-C is just the best! He is professional, kind and patient. I was very nervous going in with a fall I had and Matt took his time with me and relieved my worries! So glad he is a part of Rural Health Clinic.

My first time with the move to the Rural Health Clinic and I couldn’t be any more impressed! The staff is wonderful just the best!!! The nurse’s were kind and considerate. We have been with Dr Wakamiya for a long while and both my husband and I love her she is kind , considerate and very attentive. You don’t feel rushed with her. She is easy to talk to. And she truly cares about you! I would highly recommend her to any!!!
