I just had an excellent appointment with Dr. Chesworth at Sonoran Foot & Ankle Institute. He was professional and kind and resolved my issue quickly and painlessly. The front desk folks, especially Ivan, were friendly and polite, and Dr. Chesworth's Medical Assistant was very efficient and sweet. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

When was the last time you called a medical office and were met with a calm, friendly voice, got in for your appointment within the week and had the most pleasurable office visit? That does not happen these days when you need to make a doctor’s appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when this was my first experience with Sonoran Foot and Ankle Institute. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. Stephanie at the front is so kind. Dr. Hess and her assistants were fast, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Sonoran Foot and Ankle to anyone looking for a podiatrist office! What a dream if every medical office could be so fast, kind and smooth.

I don't know if it is just me or does this place deliberately not answer your calls? I have had a fragment of glass in my foot that had been shoved down further by a nurse at Banner Health Urgent Care. Then partially removed and has caused additional complications I have been dealing with for half a year!

I have seen Dr. Hatch only once in almost 2 months! He gave me a steroid injection which we hoped would help but it did nothing for the pain as there is still foreign material in my foot needing to be removed as it affects my ability to stand / walk and even concentrate as I am in constant pain from throbbing, burning, and stinging sensations.

Dr. Hatch ordered an MRI with and without contrast and I drove to Green Valley AZ last week on the 16th of October to Radiology Ltd. in order expedite this process and get surgery scheduled ASAP. For the 2 weeks around this time, I called trying to schedule a follow up around this date and was unable to get ahold of anyone at Sonoran Foot and Ankle Institute either by calling and waiting on the phone up to 30 minutes or leaving a message every other day with no response. The irony is that had I known they didn't give a damn about me, I could have just had my radiology appointment today in town at Radiology Ltd Tucson location on the 24th of October and not waste my time or gas.

Also, after 2 weeks of nothing; Just yesterday on the 23rd after waiting on the phone nearly 20 minutes, I finally scheduled an appointment for next week on the 29th, but received no apology for the inconvenience, significant delay, and given no answer to why none of my calls were returned. After that, I don't know how many more months then it will take to have this operated on as I need to get on with my life!

This is obviously part of the incompetent Banner Health network and it shows with their ratings and lack of care and compassion for their clients. I will follow up with Dr. Hatch as he seems decent, and I hope to get this problem finally resolved, but the rest of the staff in regards to scheduling team and office personnel need to be fired and replaced.

Was prescribed DULoxetine 30mg that made me very ill after 2 hours of first dosage. When I notified the clinic and asked if laser treatment could be pursued or surgery was an option, they responded with my PCP needs to prescribe me another nerve pain medication. Why should I live with this the rest of my life and mask it by taking pills with numerous side effects? A small piece of glass that a nurse at urgent care pushed on causing further complications and this is the best solution they have come up with? I am seeing another podiatrist next week at an entirely different clinic for a second opinion and will not return here.

Excellent and professional team delivering the perfect patient experience! The front Super Doughnut girl was so friendly I felt like I was part of their family! I was very comfortable the entire visit. Alex, the medical assistant, had a wonderful personality and her medical knowledge was the best I have ever experienced in a medical office. I work at the Tucson VA hospital and she is exactly the kind of professional we want working there!! You are going to love this Podiatry practice. Dr Chesworth was very friendly and performed the medical procedure with little or no pain. He knew exactly what I needed as soon as he examined me. Thank you Alex, thank you Super Doughnut girl, thank you everyone and thank you Dr Chesworth...all of you made my day!!

I received excellent care from Dr. Steven Fairbanks. An old and injury was irritated by a twist and my stubborn refusal to, "take it easy," let alone see a doctor! I'm not always the best at taking care of myself. Enter Dr. Fairbanks. He ordered an MRI to get to the bottom of the issue and performed surgery to repair the damage.

Having Fibromyalgia, surgery is extra challenging for me. It can cause a whole-body flare if pain medicine isn't started before surgery - there are several things that can be done to mitigate the risks. Dr. Fairbanks welcomed my input on the issue and was very accommodating, as was the anaesthesiologist at the surgical center.

I'm still recovering but a Fibro Flare was averted and my pain was fairly well managed. With the new laws regarding opiates, I'm going to need to find a pain management physician for any future procedures, but Dr. Fairbanks and the after hours staff at Sonoran Foot and Ankle did their best by me. Thanks so much!

First time breaking a toe and was referred to sonoran foot and Ankle Institute. I was treated by Dr. Saing and hands down was the best doctor I have ever interacted with. Treatment plan was clear and easy to follow. He answered all my questions and addressed any issues I had. I obviously don't want to have issues with my feet or ankles but, if I did I would go back to Dr. Saing. The icing on the cake for this Institute is the staff is really great. Very friendly and pleasant to speak too. Overall, a fantastic doctors office that take care of their patients.

Dr. Chesworth was superb in handling my foot issue. He was able to identify my issue while my last Dr. could not. I should have gone in to Dr. Chesworth sooner he would have saved me time and money.
