Counselors are great but not happy with the people handling the phones. The costumer service lacks and no one was able to help me understand why my counseling rates increased. When I asked for proof that I was made aware of the increase in rates; No one was able to assist me. Unfortunately I don't have insurance and pay privately and I will no longer be able to afford these services. Please train your staff to be able to provide clear information when needed.

After switching therapists 3 times over the past two years, a contact of mine recommended I try out Thriveworks Counseling. Ever since, my experience here has always been excellent. Estefani always makes me feel welcomed. She assures me that my voice is being heard, and questions viewpoints I had yet to see. She always helps me find a deeper understanding of my needs, and is very easy to talk to. As someone who is constantly being told that I talk too much, Estefani always welcomes my endless speeches/ideas. I’m very thankful for her.

Kathy Potts is a gem of a human and therapist. I have known her for quite some time now. She has unlimited experience from adopting 7 children and raising them wonderfully to being a trauma therapist for to the youth. She truly has seen it all and has handled it all as a mother and therapist, nothing is too overwhelming for her and she always has wonderful words of wisdom. She has one of the kindest souls and is able to give the tough love speech if need be. She is one I call instantly when I have no one else to turn to. She always listens with an open heart and mind and is someone I trust indefinitely.

Estefani is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable talking to her and you know she has your best interest at heart. She helps you see things from a different perspective but also validates and respects your feelings and thoughts and helps you explore them in a safe manner. I love that I can also speak Spanglish for those times when I can’t describe things fully in English. Lol (:

I have known Kathy Potts for many years. She is an amazing therapist who has demonstrated compassion and warmth in her sessions. Some of her areas of focus are trauma and family work. She is also EMDR trained and always tries to help her clients overcome the barriers that prevent them from living their full potential. I highly recommend her 🙂
