I called Thunder Mountain Dentistry yesterday to make an appointment for an exam and cleaning. I'd never been there before, so they asked for contact info etc. I TOLD them the ONLY way I want them to contact me is by voice, no text or e-mail. I also wanted to know if I would have a co-pay, but they said someone in their insurance dept. would call me before the end of the day.
30 minutes later I get a text confirming my appointment, but no call back. This morning the insurance lady calls me but says the text messaging is automatic and I should have told the appointment lady I preferred to not get them. She ALSO tells me I do NOT have an appointment, which the text message confirmed I DID have. I told her to cancel my non-existing appointment and to never contact me again using voice, text, US mail, e-mail or carrier pigeon! Thunder Mountain Dentistry in Bullhead City has their heads up their collective butts!

Thunder Mountain Dentistry are THE BEST! Their price was reasonable. The staff took care to find out my history in detail and the Dentist explained to me what was going on every step if the way. No pain! They were so caring that I found myself telling them I love them! LOL

One of the nicest dental offices I’ve ever been too! The office staff and dental assistant was amazing! And , then when you see the Dentist Connor you know your being heard and he truly cares! They will be my dentist office for now on.

I highly recommend going to thunder mountain dentistry! I was terrified to go back to a dentist after my experience at Larsons and Jennings because they made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed. Then I finally had enough pain to try out thunder mountain and they really did a great job so far, I got alot more work to get done. Dr. Zehak is awesome and at first I didn’t trust him cuz he looks so young but he did a great job on my extraction and bone graph and I didn’t even feel anything!!! The hygienist I think her name is Rianna? She is so great and made me feel excited for my future dental health. They both made me feel very comfortable and will happily answer any questions you have. The receptionist are very friendly as well. I’m so happy I found this dentist, I’ve needed one for years. Definitely sticking to this one ?

First thing when you walk through the door, everybody is very happy to see you there. So polite and kind and friendly and fun. And when they call you back, they make you feel very excited about being able to see you and help you in every way that they can. And then they seem sad when I get ready to leave and I'm very happy with the work that has been done on my mouth. They answer my questions. They enjoy the little jokes that I tell them. It's almost like being at home and they're very professional at doing it as well. I look forward to my next visit that says a lot for the people that work there

The best dentist in the world!! Before I met Dr. Hamed my teeth were just jacked up. This woman has restored my confidence to levels I haven’t felt in years! Very great detailed patient work. She really cares and listens and won’t stop until the job is done right and I love that! All the ladies in the office are so nice! Very personable and very competent! Great hygienists, DA’s everyone just 10/10! Thank you Thunder Mountain!
