After 4 month of crucial back and leg pain, not able to sleep at night, having difficulty walking up stairs and trying every thing that was suggested to me I was ready to have back surgery. I never had any surgery in my 58 years of life, walk my dogs every day, eat and live very healthy. I was shocked how quickly in those 4 month my health had changed. According to a back doctor specialist my MRI indicated that I would need surgery. I tried physical therapy for 2 month, had steroid two times with no release of pain, then a cortisone shot directly into the spot on my back which worked for 4 days and then very quickly the pain came back even more.
I found Dr. Tonya Cremin. After 2 weeks of treatment I started to feel better. Now I'm with her over 3 month, I sleep at night, I can walk the stairs with no pain. I recently visit my dad in Switzerland and was able to ski for 3 days !!! Carefully but I enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend Tonya Cremin, she takes all the time you need und explains it very well.

Dr. Cremin has healed what 6 various physical therapists, 2 Chiro, 1 5 star acupuncturist could not. 2 or 3 of those I was also very pleased with, but my injury really called for her specialty. I add that to say I appreciate certain aspects or techniques used in the past, but Dr. Cremin really has "the hands". I am a walking megaphone for OSTEOPATHY. Dr. Cremin is such a gem. I was or am suffering depression that my injury had majorly contributed to. I will admit to not having a strong drive to work out in the 1st place except I miss it after long enough. I was in a cycle of feeling 50% myself & settling for constant pain. Reporting to a PT consistently for most of the 2 yrs, I hadn't felt a full week of pain free yet. I fell hard on my backside 2 yrs & 7 months ago. I've had 4 injections, the last one called the Holy Grail of relief. Still underwhelmed. The weekly treatments in Dr. Tonya's office saved my life.

I saw Dr. Cremin November 10, 2023 for the first time ever as an osteopathic physician. I have issues with low and mid back, and had a new issue pop up with R hip which was the reason I called her. Dr. Cremin accommodated my schedule and circumstances within 24 hours.

The visit was incredibly meaningful. First of all, Dr. Cremin reviewed my history and situation and had insightful comments about nutritionand supplements. Then she performed exam and the low velocity adjustments that for the lack of better word I will call "magic". That's how it felt. I felt completely different after just one encounter.Two areas of pain were majorly improved and one was gone. But overall I felt different.
At the end she reviewed with me proper body mechanics and I was blown away by how many things I have been doing that were directly interfering with healthy biomechanics.
I cannot give her enough stars on this review and I wish I could see her more often. I live too far away (more than 3 hr drive) but will probably make a trip for "maintenance" every 6 weeks or so.

Dr Cremin is incredible. I just started seeing her for a myriad of injuries, from my neck, to my pelvis.
So far two visits in I've noticed a major difference in my mobility both in my neck, and pelvis. I noticed my golf game instantly improved as I was now able to fully swing through the ball and not be limited with pelvic stiffness.
My neck has improved so much so that I have gone from taking 2 Tylenol a few times a day, to a Tylenol once or twice during the week. Also I have noticed brain fog has improved as now more blood is flowing around my neck and upper back and shoulder area.
Highly recommend for anyone that has had whip lash, or major car accidents that years later causes non stop chronic pain.
