I started an office job after working remotely for 3 years and the transition was rough. After a few days I started to have lower back pain and leg soreness, which I assume is from the work set up (ie not very ergonomic). I’d come home very tired and the lower back pain affected my productivity at work. I came to Kyle with my concerns and he did a number of assessments to see where the pain is originating from and even pinpointed which side of my lumbar (I forgot which part of the lumbar) the pain was radiating from. He made sure to describe what each assessment was and how he would use it for his eval. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process too. From there, he recommended some stretches and even gave lifestyle change suggestions to prevent the back pain, such as getting better ergonomic equipment, sleeping better, sit in a certain position, etc.

Throughout the process I was learning a lot about my body and pain. The combination of the treatment plan and lifestyle changes, helped a lot. The pain and soreness significantly decreased. Even when there were days I couldn’t complete the workout, I still feel better! Super recommend Kyle for any PT needs.

Kyle is awesome! I have had issues with my shoulder for a while and he has helped me get back to normal in a matter of a few sessions. Quick and easy sessions, nothing out of the ordinary. Always makes you feel like a step closer to getting over an injury. Makes you feel comfortable with the process and explains every step of the way.

I have been very active throughout my life, I played volleyball for years, skied, did high impact aerobics and cycled, and last but not least I started playing pickleball. I played pickleball until it got too painful to play.

My knee got so bad that I was unable to straighten it completely— I had to give up all physical activity until I figured out what my options were. Unfortunately, the knee was bone-on-bone and there was no way around knee replacement surgery if I wanted to have my active life back.

I had knee replacement surgery in July.

Not only is finding a great doctor important for successful knee replacement, but also finding a phenomenal physical therapist is important too — enter Kyle Jureidini.

My goal was to get back to 100% and Kyle helped me get there. He understood my mindset, pushed me when I needed it and helped me recover. He knew I loved pickleball and he incorporated drills to help with stability, mobility and coordination.

After twelve weeks of rehab, I am now back to playing two to three hours of pickleball at a time (two to three days a week) and I’ve planned a bicycling trip to Europe later this year. I am grateful for Kyle, his care for his clients and his expertise. He truly is amazing.
