This is my second experience with Touch of Life Physical Therapy and my results are once again excellent. This second referral from my orthopedic surgeon is for shoulder pain (which has improved since starting treatment); however, the unexpected benefit was the elimination of the chronic pain in my neck and back. I have had this pain for over a year which until now has been a quality-of-life issue disrupting my sleep. Finally, my physical therapist David Fein, DPT helps his patients to recognize when muscle tension is building in various areas of the body and steps (simple exercises) one can take to reduce or relieve some of the muscle tension.

Not many of us laymen can explain why or how Counter Strain and David Fein can help us heal, but they do! It seems that when one has sciatica, the only thing that is clear is that there is seldom a clear cause. So knowing this, David has begun the arduous task of finding and fixing the many different areas in my body that are not functioning like they should. Slowly but surely I’m starting to feel less and less pain. I would venture to say that there probably aren’t many physical ailments that a therapist trained in counter strain can’t correct.
