Dr. Triolo was my mother’s podiatrist and I would accompany her on her visits. My mother is a very kind, considerate and a pleasant person. When she tried to make conversation with him he was cold and rude. On our last visit he was unprofessional , offensive, uncaring and insensitive. I would highly discourage anyone from using Dr. Triolo’s services in any capacity.

My daughter had several visits recently with Dr. Triolo due to some issues she was having with her feet. She had to have a surgical procedure. She was absolutely thrilled with him. She said he did a great job and was extremely nice to her each visit. I took my mother to see him a few years ago and we were so impressed with him that when my daughter started having foot problems I knew who she would see.

The best experience ever. Was in terrible pain from ingrown hitting nerve. Dr Triolo is the best and most experienced podiatrist I have ever been too. That was 6 months ago. He became my regular Doctor and has since done several procedures to improve nail, ligament, and other issues to greatly improve my quality of life. I appreciate him very much.

I went to see Dr Triolo for a second opinion. I was scheduled to have surgery but I cancellled two days prior to the date. I was truly disappointed with him. I callled his office to get a doctor’s note for my employer but instead I ended up being questioned by Nicole who was not even the person I needed to speak to. She was rude and hang up on me twice. If she had done her job and just taken my message. When the office called me back. Dr. Triolo had already sided with her. I told him that as a professional he should listen to his patient’s side of the story and never side with either party. He said his staff were having trouble with my insurance which was all incorrect. The issues were not with my insurance but with his incompetent staff who didn’t know how to fill out my FMLA documents His tone of voice changed when he knew I was very upset. In the beginning he denied taking his staff side but towards the end he stated that of course he would side with them as they have been with him for a long time. This is unfortunate because staff tend to loose their professionalism and phone etiquette. I had my surgery with another physician and I am so glad. The doctor is very professional and his staff are courteous, friendly and most of all professional at all times. They had no issues completeling the required documents for my employer and everything went smoothly I would definitely not recommend Dr. Triolo.

I absolutely adore Dr. Triolo! I came in with an extremely painful ingrown toenail that i had been tolerating for weeks. it was awful! i could barely walk. his scheduler was able to get me in the same day that i called and i was so grateful! Dr. Triolo performed a very quick and virtually painless procedure that completely eradicated the pain i had been tolerating; and the entire procedure took all of about 5 minutes. i couldn't believe it! Dr. Triolo is very warm, very personable, and he AND his office staff helped me to feel comfortable through the entire experience. i would HIGHLY encourage anyone needing medical attention for a toe or foot or both to schedule a visit with Dr. Triolo ASAP!

Dr. Triolo has been my Podiatrist for more than ten years. He was recommended by my Cardiologist, Dr. Steven Van Camp. From the very beginning he assessed the problem related to my feet. He has also performed surgery on my right foot years later in an "outpatient basis at Sharp. The following year my wife experienced a broken foot. Dr. Triolo diagnosed and took excellent of her. I have experienced over the years a doctor that really cares for me as his patient. He is cautious, caring, kind and really talented as a Dr. I have the utmost respect and trust in his judgement relative to the care of my wife and my well being. I do not believe that you will experience a more capable and caring staff. Stacey and Nicole are the best!

I’ve seen Dr Triolo on and off for years for various foot issues! He always gets the right remedy and provides details and treatment plans that have been extremely effective! His staff is awesome too!
