Was going for my first appointment today they said they couldn't see me cuz I didn't have the correct insurance information which I did, but the useless lady in the front went out of her way to make it purposely more difficult than it had to be and said I had the wrong insurance information(I had the correct insurance information). If I had this horrid experience at check in I could imagine what horrid stories I would of had later on the point of treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Referred by family and friends. Please choose this office if you prefer to only want the best of care. To start I hate dentist but your better to not be like that as now I've put myself in dier need for one. They are aggressive with checks and measures to maintain profits as business measures are obvious and may turn you off or scare you as they ask for the sale and have developed sales strategies that I've never seen in this industry but why not if they don't offer and ask then it's there loss. I don't eat at a cheap empty restaurant so why not get my dental done at a well ran and operated busy dental office Just understood that even the church wants to get paid. Its worth every dollar and thanks for great service. My girlfriend thinks this sounds like a negative review and it is not at all. I merely believe that if I not mention my honest overview and explain how some people may find it over aggressive or oversold needs and/or services that it isn't. They probably have found that if you don't go after and offer needed services then you loose out on needed suggestions and they miss the money from procedures. great place and well lubricated machine. from phones to exit appointments.

Me and my family have been going to TriStar dental over a decade now. We love the physicians and staff. Every encounter we have had is above and beyond our expectations. They make you feel comfortable and welcome each visit. We appreciate all they have done for us.

Do not recommend for children, if I can put 0 stars i would. It was a nightmare for my child. Never again. Please do not take your child here, I would not want another person go thru what we went thru. Smh God knows. Sugar Bug Buster in San Bernardino for kids great place, will actually take you serious and answer calls, no need to leave voicemail.
