I lost over 60 pounds on this program! I have kept the weight off for 6 years! I was close to being pre-diabetic when I started and now my glucose and blood sugar levels are perfect. The reason the results are so amazing is because it's not a one size fits all program. The team works with you to determine which method of weight loss/lifestyle change is going to work for you, your body, and your busy schedule. I started out on the liquid program and lost the 60 pounds in 8 months and then I transitioned to regular food. Another HUGE plus is they have a small gym set up and before each counseling/weight session you get to meet with an exercise specialist who equips you with a really cool workout program you can do at home or at the gym. I do my workout from home several days a week and I love it! I'm in my 40's and I'm in better shape than I was in high school. I feel like my experience is really good here she does a lot of work with me in figuring out the right kind of food to eat and what kind of healthier lifestyle plan it's going to be a long road but I'm looking forward to it
