I highly recommend this podiatric medical practice. From the front desk to the PAs and the Physicians, this team is genuinely caring and consummate professionals; Dr. Briskin is always punctual, with a great sense of humor and very succinct. His clinical skills are superb and his flexible treatment plans are on point. Also, it is very easy to make an appointment and the wait time in the reception area is no more than 10 minutes. Thank you very much Dr. B and staff, especially Jasmine and Erika.

Dr. Naei, and her exceptional staff in Santa Monica were above and beyond in helping and treating me. I honestly could not ask for a better treatment. They were all extremely professional, caring, compassionate, and very patient with me.
I can’t wait to go back for my follow up appointment this coming Tuesday. A more wonderful and caring staff I could never find.
I was more than pleased to find this exceptionalDr. Naei, and her wonderful staff, who are treating and healing me because I am suffering with extremely painful And very swollen Legs and feet.

His is Sandra, Simon’s wife posting. I’m being treated in the Santa Monica location for Achilles tendinitis. The healing is slow due to my age and injury but the care here is exceptional. The doctors and staff are great and there is a variety of treatment options. I’m on the road to recovery.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating…asked if I needed parking validation, provided a couple of options for me getting my primary health insurance to them. Nurse; nice and personable. The doctor (second opinion) reviewed my condition, prescribed an upgraded medication, recommended a bunion cushion
(provided a couple), confirmed what I knew. I would like to have him perform the surgery when I decide to do so.

AVOID THIS CLINIC! I went to them, and they took an X Ray, and the podiatrist diagnosed a fracture in my ankle bone and put me in a boot up to my knee. I was suspicious so I made an appointment with them for an MRI. I decided that I didn't trust them so I made an appointment for an MRI at a RadNet imaging center. When I called to cancel the MRI with University Foot and Ankle 48 hours before the appointment, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee!. The MRI at RadNet revealed that I did NOT have a fracture of any type in my ankle. I had a tear in a ligament and a tear in a tendon. The University Foot & Ankle doctor not only misdiagnosed me, but their office staff is horrible. NO one gets back to you. They promised that I would get a report from the radiologist from the X Ray. I called multiple times over a week and was told "it was coming." Then I found out that they were lying because they don't even have a radiologist to read X Rays! My X Ray was only read by the podiatrist who said I had a fracture per the X Ray when I did NOT per the MRI. AVOID THIS CLINIC. They do NOT know what they are doing. They will misdiagnose you, and they will NOT return your calls or help you appropriately!!
