The location on Fairfield was very modern and clean. Easy to find, the Dr was so amazing and attentive. He addressed my concerns and provided loads of information that I can appreciate. I came in feeling like nothing could help my pain, I left with so much hope and a smile on my face. Dr was very knowledgeable about the topic and took his time to explains things in detail and answer all of my questions. His genuine concern and interest to help made me feel like I was in good hands. My feet are already feeling so much better after being in pain almost a year. I’m so grateful to have been scheduled at this facility with this Dr. 🙂 I wish I could remember his name but he was a young male Dr!

The receptionist was extremely rude. Snatched my ID and insurance card from my hand and than threw it back at me.

They get 4 stars because Dr Hong made up for it with his time and effort. He went above and beyond and very thorough and seemed liked he cared. Every Dr should come in and sit with Dr Hong to see how he does his job. He was perfect and you can tell he enjoys his job

The receptionist needs an attitude adjustment though. Keeping them from 5 stars

Extremely clean waiting area & extremely kind & helpful staff especially receptionist! I locked car keys in car mins before my appointment & she went beyond to accommodate my situation. Fortunately, AAA arrived quickly & I made my appointment! Dr Hong was polite & thorough but felt we could have spent a little more time explaining what I could do to ease foot pain til problem was gone.But he appeared to be very knowledgeable! Ty for helping me during my visit! Yes I will return & definitely recommend people seeking a podiatrist to go to this medical facility!

A patient mill. The doctor who saw me was very conservative is his treatment of my wound. Weeks went by and I was not healing. He did not even attempt to ask for a MRI, to see if I indeed have a bone infection, or communicate with the insurance company ( you need the get a pre authorization for a MRI). Just handed me crutches. I went elsewhere and got a 2 nd opinion. Glad I did.

The office is very well arranged, and very clean. I was greeted promptly upon my arrival, in a very friendly, professional manner. Dr. Huang is very efficient and friendly. He had gone over my records before coming in to see me, so was up to date on my situation, and proceeded with care. I am extremely pleased with this office, and the people who work there.
