I had foot surgery with Dr. George and my experience was pleasant. Dr. George and all the staff at pipeline medical, at Corona and Ontario offices have superseded my expectations. The staff is competent, considerate, supportive, courteous and consistent in their delivery of service. Dr. George, at Corona office is a kind and gentle doctor. He makes people feel comfortable and easy to talk to. I am happy I found this great doctor.

Front secretary very quite not friendly at all. To top it off did not pay attention to paper work and called me by a different name. She was getting upset but she was calling a different name. A Friendly face is aways nice to greet you up front. The Dr was nice but he was leaving this practice.

I recommend Upperline Health in Corona to anyone in need of these services. The office staff were very helpful. I always got an appointment in a timely manner and never waited long in the office. Dr. Ashutosh Ailani is the perfect doctor. His " bedside manner" is everything I would ever hope for. He is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, personable, respectful and informative. He thoroughly explained everything and I never felt rushed. He gave me options and listened to what I had to say. I highly recommend Dr. Ailani to everyone in need of these services.

Dr Alani is a great doctor. Hes patient , kind and friendly. He explained my problem and my choices I had to correct them. His front office assistant Isabel an amazing young lady . Greets you always with a kind word and a beautiful smile. I will continue to return to tge Corona office.

Horrible system here ! Dr Hendricks was my Dr .. he tried to talk me into getting the foot soles for my shoes ….. I explained I didn’t want to spend 500$ on them when I can get the same soles on Amazon for 55$ he said well let me run ur insurance just to see ….. he came to me saying how good my insurance is etc etc , saying u have NO out of pocket fee…. Your insurance covers it 100 percent ….. I was like right ok I’ll get them ….. only problem is I got a bill
In the mail for 1,000 n they wanted me to pay 500$…. I was like wow! No way !!!!! So I spoke to insurance they told me I need to go to DR HENDRICKS and let him know he made a mistake… he should of given u a referral for ur insurance etc etc ….. so the foot soles UNOPENED!!! I went to his office n I seen a completely different side of him …. He straight lied to my face n said I don’t know what to tell u . Just don’t pay it !!!!! I was like what that’s all u have to say ? He said yes I didn’t tell u that !!!! I said yes u did u told me and my wife that !!!!! I couldn’t believe his dishonesty!!!!! I mean from my own DR who I put trust and faith in ….. so disappointed I couldn’t believe it n he couldn’t even keep a straight face he knew he lied he turned completely red …. N his receptionist Lisa Anne is an absolute joke ……. She puts on a good show until u have an issue then she becomes very rude n disrespectful!!!!!!! I do not recommend this place n especially not Dr Hendreks….. n I would rethink Upperline in general…… they hit u for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ just to send ur work a Dr note !!!!!!!!!

Would recommend for foot care. I got my ingrown surgery with Dr. Hendricks. I highly recommend this dr. He is very respectful and honest with opinions and recommendations. Thank you for his care.
