What a wonderful experience ❤ Rosa is the best receptionist ever. She is so informative and efficient and professional with a personal touch. The Xray technician was more than an expert she was helpful and kind . DR Katzman is so awesome. He handled my feet with care ,whiIch I needed. Explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I could make a sound and competent decision. If you have any concerns Upperline health care is the place to go for your foot and ankle needs.

I found Dr. Ailani to be very friendly and personable and am glad I was able to find an opening with him last minute. His treatment plan was effective for my foot. The office is a little tucked away but clean and nice. I appreciated the automated text reminders for appointments. Overall no complaints. Thank you.

Let me first say I had a great experience with Dr. Ailani and this review is no reflection on him. The office staff is the face of this business and their service and communication is horrid. Upper line Health operates three offices in my area; Chino Hills, Ontario and Riverside. The Riverside office is absolutely terrible.
I saw Dr. Ailani at 9:30 for a broken cuboid. He ordered an MRI stat and told me the office would submit the request to my insurance company and they would call me by the end of the day with approval. I have Blue Cross PPO and he expected a quick approval.
No one called me as he committed. I called their office mid-day the following day and the receptionist told me it takes about a week to get approval. I explained what Dr. Ailani told me and she outright said he was wrong. I asked her if the request had been submitted and she assured me it had.
I immediately called Blue Cross to see when they expected to have approval. They told me nothing had been received by Upperline Health. Blue Cross told me they would call the office for the request and process for approval within an hour.
I then called Upperline Health again and asked to speak with the office manager. The receptionist asked why I wanted to speak with the office manager and I told her what Blue Cross had told me and explained that I wanted to
file a complaint. She refused to provide the office manager's name or contact information.
Less than an hour later, I received a call from Grove Diagnostic Imaging to schedule the MRI. They confirmed they had just received approval from Blue Cross.
I had the MRI on a Thursday and was told the doctor's office would receive the report within three business days.
I called Upperline Health the following Tuesday morning and had to leave a voicemail. I called again Wednesday mid-day and again had to leave a voicemail. Thursday was Independence Day so I called again Friday. Again, I had to leave a voicemail.
I called Upperline Health in Ontario Friday afternoon and explained the situation to the receptionist, Martha. She checked my electronic file and claimed they did in fact have the MRI report. Martha explained she would contact Dr. Ailani, who was working in the Chino Hills office, and ask him to call me.
Within thirty minutes, Dr. Ailani called me and explained the results over the phone.
Thanks to Martha I will remain a patient of Dr. Ailani although I will not be seeing him in their Riverside office.
