My grandma recently stayed here. VRB was recommended by Palomar Poway. They exceeded my expectations with their fantastic care and great rehabilitation services. The staff's warmth and professionalism made me feel valued and supported while helping care for my grandma before she went back to her assisted living. Since I'm her only family nearby, I visited her most of the time and every time she was happy and thriving. Thank you all.

You need to be on too of the staff, Angela the caseworker is all lip service and doesn’t follow up on anything, she also lies. Then there is Katelynn Hill the social worker, who is extremely rude and disrespectful.
My sister was under their so called care. What concerns me the most is that my sister was sent to the ER where she passed away. I received two calls from someone there stating it just happened. Ten minutes later I get a call from the ER Doctor telling me that she came in 2 hours ago and they couldn’t save her. Something is not adding up.
When I phoned the next day to get a detailed report for closure, the nurses aid was brief and short with me.
Right now I am asking where is my sister wallet ? Itemized inventory list of the items you took from her to store.
Literally, I am being handed off to dead ends.

By the way my sister was 61 years old.

I am so pleased with this facility my aunt is here and came from UCSD hospital after cancer surgery the staff is super nice starting with the entrance with Shirley & Julie. All of the nurses
the admissions the housekeeping the maintenance they fixture TV to have closed captions they received. They have a gym on Tuesdays a beauty shop for nails hair and waxes

withi 24 hours they have music therapy they have pet therapy they have a gym they have Big physical therapy staff they have a garden and you can go outside for fresh air and of course Internet. Everything here is wonderful I’m quite pleased with everyone that works here and the facility kudos to all the staff owners and wishing all the patience the best
