The staff at this dental office really care about their patients. I am very nervous about going to the dentist. They put you at ease. Doctor Kim and Doctor Lee are so gentle when they are working on you. I appreciate that they continually ask if you are ok during each procedure. The office staff, Marilu, Jin, Lorena, and Utzy are wonderful and kind. I feel very comfortable going there. It's also very clean which is must for me. I highly recommend going here if you have any trepidation's about getting your dental work done!

I brought my son here after a bad experience at another dental office who refused to submit my son's dental needs to my insurance company and wanted me to pay everything out of pocket. The ladies up front did a great job processing our paperwork and were very patient with me when I forgot to bring in some additional information they needed. They were also were very nice and friendly! Not only did they take the time to process all the paperwork, they were able to get everything approved! They are very efficient and professional! I'm happy with their service and professionalism! I would highly recommend Village Dental!

I always love going to this office. The follow safety protocols and are always friendly and professional. They explain every procedure if you don't understand it and they let you know what your insurance cover and work with you in figuring out the best option for your dental treatment

I recently switched dental offices and was able to tell the difference in service right away . I never wait more than 15 min in the front or the chair . They always keep me updated on what needs to be done and what they recommend . All the staff is professional and answer all my questions. Special thanks to Maria for outstanding service ! Definitely recommend this office to anyone not feeling too comfortable at their current dental office.

I have been looking for a dental office for months and have switched twice because of dishonest offices. This office was amazing. The staff and doctors are kind and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Maria, one of the assistants made my experience here wonderful ! She has a lovely personality and I would definitely reccomend village dental to a friend , which I already have . They took my ppo insurance and I believe they mentioned they take medical as well.

Constantly changing environment and employees makes life difficult to the patients specialty with long treatments. Also the overbooking of appointments will definitely affect the patient. This is what my experience. I hope is a good feedback to Dr Medina and staff. New patients hope you consider using their services not a good idea.
