This office is rude as when your asking for clarification question about work done the dentist goes oh yeah you can go online to the dentist site and read about work. I’m like your the doctor. I asked you because I didn’t go to dentist school. Like why am I paying you?

I continued to finished their recommendation with two session for deep cleaning.
This visit was in October 2024.

Today Jan 29, 2025

I get a call about an appointment I didn’t make. The girl ask am I coming in for appointment tomorrow I didn’t make. I replied no. She goes well ok there an 80$ cancellation policy for not coming in. I’m like first off I did not make this appointment. Why am I getting charged.

She goes well I don’t know you have to call tomorrow and talk to my manager. I’m like why do I have to call your manager when I didn’t make this appointment and have to dispute a cancellation charge for something that wasn’t created by me. ? She replies well I leave a note for her.

I’m like you know this sounds ridiculous right ? If someone called you for an appointment you didn’t make and said that can’t make it and I’m going to have to charge you a cancellation. She goes quiet.

I’m like yeah think about that. You have your boss call me.

Definitely this office is scamming to make sure they collect their insurance coverages and your co payments. More frequently cleanings and recommendations.

In this office my family of 4 were told our insurance was accepted and charged a full price cleaning as a “co-payment” instead of referring us elsewhere where our insurance is taken (or disclosing this fact) . I do not recommend this office if you care about transparency with the payment of your healthcare!

My previous dentist used too send me to specialists for various procedures. Dr. Lim does it all. One stop dentistry. 🙂 A very competent dentist combined with a personable and professional staff. You can't ask for much better.
