Love them! They accept medical. Professional. Timely service and the facility is clean. Plus the ladies are sweet hearts. On a side note I nursed my baby while I waited and didn't feel looks and when my baby started crying the held her until my cleaning was done. There is still good people out here and I found 3 at this office, Dr and two assistants.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Lam and staff since coming to him when he first opened his offices in Visalia. Everyone is friendly and accommodating and always attentive to my comfort. Dr. Lam and staff have attended to routine care as well as fillings, root canal preparation, and most recently, teeth straightening and I have never been disappointed.

Staff always friendly and works w you. Dr Lam is great! Would recommend everyone to give a try. Had root canal and fillings done. Just waiting for final crown. Never had pain post rct or temp crown. Great business. God bless Dr and staff🤲🏾☺️

Great place! They got me in really fast! The woman upfront(I don’t know her name but I will make a point of asking her it next time) who wears glasses and sits on the left side of the front desk who I usually deal with is really great at her job, she is welcoming, promptly answers phone calls, is quick to check you in, makes a real effort to find an appointment that works with your schedule and three appointments in she already remembers my name(which is impressive because it’s a busy place!) and as I was sitting in the lobby I overheard her asking a patient who was up at the front how much the patient was enjoying their new car they had gotten which may not seem like much but it’s little things like that where someone in that role actually listens to you when you speak even when it pertains to personal comments unrelated to the business, remembers it, shows interest and cares enough to ask such a question that makes a person in that job not just acceptable but a joy to interact with and leaves a memorable impression on those who walk through their doors. She’s an absolute asset to the practice and Visalia Care Dental is lucky to have such an incredible employee. Also the dentist is a nice guy who is attentive, explains things thoughtfully to you, makes sure to listen to your concerns and opinions, will adjust his treatment plan for you even at the last minute if that’s what it takes to relieve any pain you have and most importantly is great at his job and I’ve been very happy with all the work he’s done for me which has been pretty extensive. It’s really hard to find a dentist that can get you in quickly and it’s even harder to find one that does great work, is easygoing and shows genuine care for your wellbeing and I’m writing this to tell whoever is wondering where to go and in need of a great dentist then Visalia Care Dental is the place you need to go to because even though you can probably get decent services at a few places around here it’s all the things I mentioned above that sets this place above the rest and have made me incredibly happy being a patient there! Thank you to everyone at Visalia Care Dental, you guys are awesome!

First time at visalia care dental.My experience was wonderful. Back and front staff very friendly and professional. Dentist Lam very attentive and professional, he informed me about a tooth problem I have that previous dentist failed to informed me. Glad to finally found a great dentist. Highly recommended. Dr. Lam and his staff are great. They are very nice and attentive. They are also very fast. I never have to wait to be seen. The waiting time is extraordinary . I've never been to any other dental office with such great wait time. A shout out to Desiree..she's always amazingly nice.
