I just wanted to take time this new year to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received at Vivie Therapy. I came to Vivian last fall with some terrible knee pain. I was frightened that it might be quite serious and the start of worse things to come, but Vivian both diagnosed the actual source of the pain (result of years of misuse, bad posture, sitting at desks, compounded by a recent hiking accident), provided manual adjustments (wowzer!), stretching and exercises to rebuild my strength.

AND she has the most amazing therapeutic massage therapist on staff - Marcia - both these woman are both highly skilled professionals and lovely humans. They really make for a dynamic duo! ? ?

In addition to the relief in pain, and increased motility, I believe the biggest achievement I’ve noticed is my increased body awareness. It’s wild the habitual patterns she immediately picked up on, that I wasn’t aware of before, but am now. I went from literally being afraid to walk last fall, to cross country and downhill skiing on my Christmas vacation.

Vivian is also just, like, good people, who really cares about her patients and wants them to get the most out of each session. And you will.

I’ve had to periodically visit physical therapists throughout out my life for different reasons - won’t go into that here, but, suffice to say - Vivian by far is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with.

I have had a terrific experience with physical therapy here. My lower back has had variations of chronic pain and stiffness for years. Vivian not only helped me loosen the most troublesome muscles, but she gave insight on the sources and causes of the pain as well as offering stretches and exercises to prevent it from continuing to be a long term problem. She is experienced and direct with her process and giving information. Incredibly grateful that I was able to see her this year.
Marcia, the other team member of the practice, is also exceptional and I cannot recommend the duel process of PT followed by a targeted massage enough.

I got in a car accident in August of 23. Over the last 8 months, I was sent to two different chiropractors, acupuncture, and then finally a physical therapy place that was not meeting the needs nor the expectations. I actually found Vivian because of another type of healing that she does. And I looked in her office space and she had unbelievable amounts of equipment for physical therapy which is in the primary mode. If you're looking for a physical therapist who is highly trained and experienced many years, look no further, Vivian and her staff are phenomenal.
