Because of the careful attention I received from the staff at VNEX, especially from Lustan "My Garden's Greener" and Raj, "Sharp Dressed Man," I am now more body conscious. They did a fantastic job of helping me better understand how my poor body mechanics were contributing to my hip and lower back issues. Physical therapy isn't a magic bullet, but it can help you understand your body better so that you will WANT to hit the gym, or at least take long walks, more often. The key to success with PT is to participate in your own healing instead of just trudging in once or twice a week and letting the staff do all the work. You have to WANT to get better. I DID and now I AM. PS: The front desk gals and PT assistants are all helpful and courteous and (most of the time) they are well-organized and efficient. I highly recommend.

Not for me. Waited 35 mins after my appointment time while nobody else was in there. I could hear the equipment seeking and squeezing echoing through the walls. Then a staff member ( main doctor/therapist ) comes bathing through the front door. It swings open so fast and hits me in the knees. The gentleman I'm guessing was late, doesn't even turn around to acknowledge he hit me with the door. The front desk was completely unorganized trying to find intake paperwork. Just very unprofessional.

I have just found my new hero with Dr. Balraj S Khehra MPT. I’m 81, came in for incontinence and he did a thorough exam on my body and found other problems. He assured me he was certainly able to fix them.
No one ever took the time with me to discover my problems. He knew just what to look for.
Please disregard anything negative comments that have been said, and come see for yourself. I’ve visited many physical therapy places in Hemet and Temecula ….this surpassed any one of them.
He is Articulate, professional and very easy to understand.
I call him “ Magic Hands “
Finally, after all these years, I have found someone who knows what he’s doing and assures me he and I will get results.
I felt 100% better after the initial evaluation simply by him manipulating my body in certain areas.
He’s a hands on Doctor, not just reading X-rays-and diagnosis. Although he will if you present them to him.
I’d give him 10 ⭐️’s if I could.
Can’t wait for my next session!!!
And I never felt that way before.

the people at VNEX know what they're doing. I went to them as a last resort before getting surgery. I was suffering from severe damage in multiple vertebrates in my neck and was popping painkillers all day. VNEX taught me exercises and proper posture that reduced my pain by 90% within two weeks. The first thing I would like to say is that raj and staff are absolutely amazing. Raj is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and overall amazing at what he does. You can tell he is truly in his element when he’s working with patients. He makes the visit fun and establishes rapport. I’m learning so much about managing my chronic neck pain in a short period of time. Looking forward for more PT and getting my life back?
