Not sure what the negative reviews are about and I cannot attest to those (could be a one-time thing), but the only thing I found frustrating was the wait time when in pharmacy drive-thru.. which takes a while. I have been here twice to pick up meds and both times the wait was well over 15 minutes even though there was a car or two in front of me. But I also understand it could be the time of day, or people might have extra questions about their prescriptions. Inside the store, I have not had a bad experience, either with customer service or products. All in all, it's a decent store.

Worst pharmacy experiences ever. They fill a different amount then the prescription is called for and then don't tell you and then can't tell you why they filled the prescription different after you find out on your own. They tell you prescriptions are over the counter when they are not, they are prescription only, so they don't fill your prescription. They tell you something is not covered by your insurance when it is. They continuously don't fill prescriptions and then you have to call and fight with them to tell them that something should be filled and is not over the counter for them to finally say, oh we are just out of stock we have to order it. So it takes days longer to get a prescription. I've even had to call every pharmacy is the around to find somebody that had a prescription in stock and ended up having to go to Woodland to pick it up because they waited until Friday to finally figure out that they needed to order something 2 days after they got the prescription And they wouldn't get it in until Monday and it was needed for the weekend.

The only reason I'm giving this store 3 starts is because I really love using this store for last minute things we need and most of the store employees are great.
My biggest complaint is the pharmacy. I've had too many encounters with rude pharmacy staff over the phone to just let it go. I cannot think of a single time I've called their pharmacy and had someone polite and helpful. They will literally cut me off on the call and talk over me when I'm in the middle of asking a question and be given one word responses and the overall experience is just poor. I would rather drive 45 minutes to a pharmacy than use this one that's 5 mins away from my house.

Iv been going to this pharmacy for a few years. The lines a rarely long, and the pharmacy Techs are always friendly.
