I can't quite put into words how amazing this little gem of a dentist office is. When you walk into the office you are greeted by the staff like an old friend. Everyone is happy, caring, courteous and smiling. It is nothing like any dentist office I have ever been to. The physician is such a kind spirit, laughing, smiling and happy. I believe that is a huge reason why the staff is all so amazing, they enjoy their job helping people and it shows.

Visiting the dentist almost never comes with good news. It is uncomfortable, scary and stressful most of the time. I felt non of this during my visit, I felt support and fully trusted them to take care of what I needed. I will forever drive the 45min to Walnut Grove River Dental because the service is incredible. I appreciate your office so much, as a business owner myself, I am referring everyone I know to you. - Sara Nino

Dr Thomas is a the kind of dentist all dentist should aspire to be. Very welcoming into his practice, professional, actually listens to his patients, explains the condition of your teeth and any procedures needed. He makes himself available to you when you need him.
Dr Thomas's staff is also wonderful , everyone is well trained and so caring. They work in sync like a well trained and dedicated team, very knowledgeable and patient.
The office is a homelike environment, clean and well cared for. This was my first visit but I am so grateful to have Dr Thomas and his staff in my life. I look forward to my next visit. He was recommended by my neighbor, I must thank her.

My experience at Dr. Spalding's is always good. He has a great staff who always makes you feel comfortable. There is artwork on the wall from local Delta artists so you have plenty to look at. Also bird feeders that his wife and receptionist Flora has put outside the windows. Dr. Spalding is knowledgeable and kind. He always takes care to explain options, and steps that are necessary to maintain good dental health. I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist (and I have been to plenty).

I had an emergency with a faulty crown that was causing me some real problems. I called DGRD I was able to get in shortly. The staff is great, Dr Thomas is someone I would recommend.

My Dental Assistant, Gracie, was really great. She was kind and made me feel comfortable about being there when I really didn't want to be there. She talked to about every step and what she was doing. She kept making sure I was comfortable and ok. If I wasn't, she did her best to help me. She is a great asset to your team! Of course, Dr. Spaulding was great as always. He made sure I was comfortable at all times. He worked fast since he knew that, even though I like him, I really just wanted to get it over with and I don't like the dentist. It is always a good experience that makes me actually want to go back!

Dr. Spalding, Flora, Cindy and the entire staff are the absolute best I've ever experienced. Their work and manner are absolutely professional, they are current on technology and state-of-the art equipment and their fees fit my retired (fixed) income. Small town atmosphere; big city professionalism. Well worth the drive.

I unfortunately had a horrible dentist experience in my youth and due to that incident I haven’t been back. Needless to say so major dental work became evident and I was terrified and filled with anxiety with the idea of trying to find a dentist let alone one I was comfortable with. I started reading reviews of dentists in my area and found one that shared my story and recommended River dental. I walked in and was immediately greeted with warm friendly staff and a calming clean environment. That was it. I’m so glad I found them. My experience here has made going to the dentist no longer a scary chore. Thank you guys so much!
