The call system is terrible. It feels like they could care less about your mental health and only when it fits their schedule timing otherwise if you not on their timing they do it care per usual all these therapy companies are greedy and have no more spirit anymore. Just as depressing as the clients.

Linnea is a judge mental and dismissive psychologist. Attempting to diagnosis out of her scope of practice (not an MD or PHD). We forgot she’s “perfect”. Uninterested in understanding the events leading up to the “core” issue it’s crystal clear she has picked the wrong field of work. Hopefully there is training for her to work on the delivery of her advice and guidance to others. Do yourself a favor and find another provider that actually WANTS to help and is passionate about their craft.

My experience with the practice and Linnea has been all positive, (we have direct experience as my teen child saw someone there). For what it's worth, Linnea has a PsyD, which is a Doctor of Psychology. PsyD focuses more on hands-on clinical training with research; while PhD focuses more on research.

After reporting to the owner (Linnea T) the abusive, unprofessional and incompetent behavior of the therapist they scheduled me with (Sandra V), and even giving Linnea the courtesy chance to make things right, she tried to gaslight me instead of take responsibility for the gross misconduct of her therapist, and the irresponsible performance of her staff. Their critical lack of empathy and accountability makes this provider a liability -especially when it concerns vulnerable patients. Give this office a wide berth.

As much as they helped me regarding my diagnosis journey, the way their call center works is so inconsistent. They'll call me and whenever I miss it, I call back immediately, but when I need to call them, they rarely answer. It shouldn't have to take me 8 times to get a phone call from the group, especially from Diana. Why does nobody answer, especially when what I need to call them for is extremely important? It's so unprofessional and infuriating. But for what you need to see them for, the services themselves are fine, so they gained an extra star for that, but their lack of urgency and availability for phone calls is maddening.
