I’ve been bringing my whole family to Dr. Mark for 4 years now. This dental office is amazing! From the woman in the front office, who are always kind, and professional, and great with time management to our main dentist Dr Mark. He always is kind, and happy! He explains everything he does, They make you feel very comfortable, his time management is excellent!! The orthodontist is also amazing as well! My kids smiles are beautiful! He’s fast, and kind, very professional!
We hope to hold on to this dental office for life! 😉

On Memorial Day my daughter fell flat on her face and knocked her front teeth loose! It was terrible and unfortunately no one in Rc could help us. The girls at the front office were so kind and scheduled me right away for the next day! When we met with the Dr. she was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and gave my kiddo so much needed comfort and reassurance that she would be ok. We loved her so much we decided to switch and willing to make the drive out here for their regular check ups. 100% recommend this office.

Thee best dentist I have ever been too!! My apt was at 8am I had 2 extractions done was out of the office by 8:55 am doctor was such a sweet heart the office treat you like family. Had a little pain from the extractions the next day as normal but I was well taken care of. I love this dentist office!!!!!

Dr. David is amazing! I was first referred by my sister about this place and, I absolutely love this office. Starting from the front office, Angie and Jackie, always sweet and kind and very helpful. The back office is wonderful too, Karina-Dental assistant, she is the best! My family and I have been coming here for the past 6 years, and it's always been a great experience. Thank you Dr. David, you have always been very patient, gentle and informative with all of our dental needs.

I'm still giving this practice three stars, only because everyone was really really nice except for the first dentist that I saw. His bedside manner is not the best. He asked how long it's been since I've been to a dentist and when I said 5 years he immediately said that I need deep root cleaning without even looking in my mouth. I am meticulous about my teeth, I'm a dental flossaholic, and hand scale any tartar on my teeth weekly with dental instruments. Then, the dental assistant was the one who pointed out to the dentist that I have a tooth that had a root canal and never had a crown put on, which I was not aware of. He didn't catch it when looking at the X-rays. They made an appointment for 3 weeks later for the first deep cleaning and I asked him to numb my mouth. He rubbed the numbing gel on my gums, didn't even give it time to work, and started injecting the needles into my gums even after I asked him to wait. Then when I made some noises because it was so painful, he stopped and kind of in a disgusted tone said 'What?' They scheduled me for three weeks later for the other half of my mouth deep cleaning and I requested a different dentist. He was awesome. Very personable, funny, attentive. But it seemed like every appointment that I needed is 3 weeks apart. So I started with them in early August and by end of October I still needed a crown put on. After having my tooth prepped for the crown, a dental assistant is the one who made my temporary crown and put it on. I told her it felt really small and she said it was okay. But I still have it on and it is too small because I have a gap on each side of that tooth between the tooth next to it and food is getting stuck in there all the time. I called my insurance and told him I did not want to go back and I am choosing a different dental office now. Even though I paid for the crown, it's not worth it for me to go back because I have no confidence at all in most of the work that I've had done there. I do want to reiterate again that everybody, with the exception of the first dentist that I saw, was so super nice and helpful.

I love the dentist and the dental assistants; however, the medical biller has been consistently rude and curt. I asked basic questions about the amounts charged and she was extremely off putting. It appeared as though she was personally offended that I asked about my bill. She’s Unhelpful and disparaging. After my questions, she FINALLY agreed to bill my insurance and rushed me out rudely. Her inability to make the patient feel welcome and understood, makes me want to switch dentists. But I love my dentist so I’m confounded.

Will be going back to have second opinion with our previous dentist..because we change our dental insurance-we ended up being here.... He said my daughter have a cavity which I can’t even say that it’s a cavity because it’s a grooves and fissures of a primary molar “k”..he even not explain or show what’s the Dental xray on screen...1 dentist and 4 patients waiting to be treated in a the same 8am scheduled appointment..the receptionist near the window is the only nice person in that office.. I think they just want the money and no care of the patients. Good thing my daughter is a very good kid and not afraid of being at the clinic.
