Dr. Black was great. Very engaging, professional, knowledgeable and caring.

My concern and one-star reduction was more about the support staff. Waiting to check in, the desk agents never acknowledged me while I stood there for 5 minutes with foot pain (glancing up and "I'll be right with you" would have been appreciated) and nobody smiled. A close friend recommended that I book with Dr. Bean. I'd explicitly booked an appointment with Dr. Bean several weeks prior, and drove an extra 30 minutes to that office for the appointment with him. Once in the exam room, I was told Dr. Black would be in to see me in a moment. I told the assistant that my appointment is with Dr. Bean. She said that I must be mistaken because there were no appointments with Dr. Bean available. This went back and forth, and led to the same conversation with another assistant. I actually said, "nobody has apologized" and still got no apology. The support staff needs some urgent customer care training. They were all a BAD experience, although my experience with Dr. Black was very good.

I had a good experienced at the clinic from the receptionist up to the end of my visit. The doctor Sharif was very nice and while removing my infected toe nail he was talking to me so I get distracted. I did not get scared because of that . Overall , everything was good ! I like the people at the clinic .

Love the new office! It’s nice & bright & the waiting area is roomy with very comfortable seating. The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly & Dr. is amazing. He explains everything that’s happening & makes you feel like he really cares about you and your feet. I don’t wish foot pain on anyone but if you ever do, West Coast is where you need to go.

I recently took my son to see Dr. Black for an ingrown toenail removal. My son was extremely frightened and inconsolable about the procedure, making him a very difficult patient. Despite the challenge, Dr. Black and the nursing staff were incredibly patient, caring, and accommodating throughout the entire visit. They went above and beyond to help my son feel as comfortable and reassured as possible. I am deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

As always there is a pleasant welcome upon entering Dr.Black’s office—front desk, assistants and nurses. Dr. Black has a terrific way of making you feel calm—she will listen to what input you may have and decides together on the best treatment option. She is proactive and very professional. I thank her and staff for help and solutions!
