Diana is the most sweetest and friendliest shop owner I’ve ever met! She’s always extremely knowledgeable on all of the products. If you tell her what your goals are, she’ll know exactly what your body needs. I’ve never been to a nutrition shop that was anything compared to walking into West Coast. Diana is super friendly and knows how to ask the right questions to get to know your fitness goals and how to get you going. The store is always stocked, and if they happen to be out of something....Diana makes sure to get it fast and will contact you when it's in. First class customer service and a cool nutrition store. Bonus - there is usually a cool little Yorkie guarding the store.

One of the most nicest people you’d never expect to meet when going in to a nutrition/supp shop. I was in there only for a short while meeting her for the first time and felt like I had already known the owner my whole life. She is super knowledgeable and will tell it like it is. If you have questions about product she will let you know if it’s crap or if it’s legit and I appreciate the honesty I will definitely make this my go to place. What’s awesome is that they ship internationally. Which is perfect since I live out of the area. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Just tried a scoop of my new BCAA supplement from Iron Muscle during today’s workout, and man it did not disappoint.
