Been going for years. My hygienist has been the same and she has been wonderful for all these years. Friendly and easy to talk to. I wont drop her full name, but "L" is great. Dr Boyd came along a few years back after buying the practice and thankfully I haven't required the need of his "services" yet. That being said, I cant attest to his work, but he is also easy to talk to and has a great bedside manner. Keep up the good work!

This office is the reason that I love the dentist. From the second you walk through the door it feels like home. The front desk ladies are wonderful. I have been going here since I was a kid. Dr. Wilson is an amazing dentist and makes the experience stress and anxiety free! Charlene is also an amazing asset to the team and knows what she’s doing as an assistant. Great group!

I keep getting emails and text messages to write a review, so I've finally decided to share my experiences.

My family and I, were patients of West Cobb Family Dentistry - Hal Wilson was our dentist for 15 years. As a family we started to noticed a shift in the attitude with the staff and Hal Wilson. It was strange. When the pandemic happened it was apparent they didn't want to service us anymore because we never received any communication regarding getting back on the schedule post pandemic. We were taken aback and didn't know where the attitude was coming from. My husband and I have had several root canals and crowns and each time there were always major problems with the crown and the root canal.

December 2024, I scheduled an appointment to get my crown examined because it was not sealed down properly causing food to get down into the tooth creating a terrible odor. I have complained about this before but was ignored. A root canal was performed and new crown January 2025 and I still have an issue. I scheduled an appointment on March 17, 2025 and express my concerns to Hal Wilson and he didn't seem to care or show concerned at all.

Here's my issues with my new crown:

Cost: My insurance was Billed $$$$. My out of pocket over $800 for a crown that has all of these issues.

1.This crown is extremely BIG and needs adjusting
2. Although a root canal was performed my tooth is very sensitive.
3. Crown feels very high and not aligned with my teeth.
4. When biting down my food slides .

I have spent so much money with this place for Hal Wilson to treat me and my family this way. Extremely disappointed .

Update: It’s been 1 month since I posted this review
We have yet to hear from any office staff members to discuss our concerns listed above. Again, this office lacks great customer service and has definitely lost its personal touch.

Mrs.Gene was phenomenal! She is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. She is always happy and always wearing a smile on her face. She goes the extra mile. She is the best! The doctor that gave me my numbing shots was fantastic also. I can’t remember his name, but he is a younger looking gentleman. Great experience!

This is the best family dentistry I’ve ever been to. From the minute, I walk in to the time I leave, I feel at home. Dr. Osborne does excellent work and always make sure you’re comfortable. I love this place and always will highly recommend

The hygienist was careful and explained what she was doing as she did it. Dr Osborne took great care of me when I had to get a night guard, making sure the guard fit properly even with my challenging bite. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! The new X-rays are so convenient and perfect for making sure my teeth grinding is in check. The 10 minute cancellation window is tricky though the staff were able to get an appointment scheduled regardless!

My 1st visit to the practice, and I’m hooked. They are all very professional and friendly. The office space was extremely nice and I’m a little bit of a clean freak so I always notice everything and this place was spotless!! Thank you Dr. Boyd you are amazing!
