Dr. Levin is Personable And Very Professional. I Was Also Impressed With The Staff.
Though Someone Should Have Known
Dr. Levin Doesn’t Work On Mondays .
And Should Have Never Given Me an Appointment For a Doctor Who Wasn’t There…

Very knowledgeable PA, Kara Kane, and staff all very nice. Extremely difficult to get through to the front desk. After remaining on hold for several minutes and I was then automatically forwarded to a voice mailbox that was full. This has happened on several occasions during the last three months. I had to call them for biopsy results - they did not notify me. Patient portal not current with all relevant information and messages sent through the patient portal not responded to. Provider not even listed in the patient portal.

My husband has tried for almost one month to get a prescription called into our pharmacy. He has tried to call the Rancho Santa Margarita office only to be told they are closed or voice mail is full . He finally drove to the office and spoke with the receptionist who said they would call the pharmacy. He got a voicemail saying that they had called in the refill however 2 days later he went to the pharmacy and they had no record of any order. The pharmacy told my husband that this will be the second time they are requesting a refill. His sleep is being affected and there seems to be no concern or out reach from this office. At this point we would not recommend them unless there is a valid reason for such delays and omissions .
